Hey RC, I figured out how to make my elbow/forearm pain better. I have only trained once in the last 15 days!
Feels a lot better LOL. And yes, this cycle is officially fukked up at this point.
I'm gonna have to kick ass this week.

Try some deca it cures all, I had serious lower back pain and elbow which really ****ed me off when lifting heavy but been on 200mgs of deca along side my trt and its fine, no pain and lifting serious again
