all i do is click the "quote" button and then it set everything up for you already. highlight, copy and then click out of the post reply sceen. Then go to the thread you want to place it in and then you can paste it in the quick reply box then post. I think that's the easiest way to do it

Man I thought roid rage was a myth and it was all mental but that might be wrong. I was at Taco Bell last night and the dude at the drive through speaker was wispering shit while me and my girl friend were trying to figure out what we wanted I was excited cause it was my cheat day on my diet. The little fuker kept wispering shit so I floored it to the window and honked and got the bastard to come to the window and I fuking lost it I tried to get him to come outside and he said he was going to call the cops so I threw a bottle of water at him and hit him in the face and drove off. My girlfriend was crying and she was scared as shit I just lost it man it's like I blacked out I wanted to beat the shit out of that dumb ass. I've also noticed when I get mad I can't let it go no matter what I do.
