i'm 6 feet 2 inchs
i weigh 250
my goals are to put on some noticable mass
i do alot of arms and i cant seem to gain any mass, i usally do 5-6 sets of curls
prechur curls
concintration curls
hammers
peaking curls
straight bar curls
cable cross curls
i do most of these on tuesdays, i have no problem on putting mass on any where else besides my bicepts, let me know what you think
