well then w/out seeing the whole story (your diet for example), then i'd say cut back on your bicep routine- which is exactly what you probably don't want to hear. I know how it is man, its tough to get into your mind that less can actually be more in some circumstances...Other advice i can give you is make sure you're sending your muscle into complete failure....don't quit on that third set because u've just done you're tenth rep....pump out 16 till your arms die, then next week add weight....i do heavy as i can for three sets, trying to pump out @ least 6 reps in each set....normally i can get about 10 the first set, 6-8 the next, then 4-6 on the 3rd set...
