It was definitely easier. I didn't have to pack a lunch, I didn't have to worry about eating 2 plates of pasta with alfredo sauce, and I drank all the time. And somehow managed to have women everywhere. Now that I'm concerned with myself I've become more selfish and don't have as many.

I think I'd shave the forarms but for me, I have such dark hair and light skin that it shows pretty blatently...

for sure, how are you going to support more muscle without developing the cardio vascular system to nurture it. swimming would be a good hobby to take up for you ruhl, something total body.

I love some basic swimming for cardio, I have a pool at my house and in the summer I'd do some laps and tread water using only arms and such, it's good for the heart, and I actually get a pump if I work hard enough.

LOL yeah thats all i really got is the strays on the back too. but now that i'm getting older they are showing up more. i used to bic my arms and my legs when i was in high school. now i'm stuck with shaving all the time LOL

i went swimming yesterday. i did a few laps in the pool and by the time i was done i was breathing fairly heavy and had a good pump. i'd do it everyday if i could.
