I did a HST workout awhile back...hated it

I've been training the exact same and am yet to hit a wall when im going for gains I go Heavy for me and rest 2-3mins and train often and eat alot i am yet to hit a wall and at 175-180lbs my max bench is 295-305 Squat is 375lbs which is sad and i can bar dip 125lbs strapped to my waist for 6 reps

Its ok peachfuzz I know what you mean. I'm still the same strength as I was during my last prohormone cycle but have definitely lost that swelled up, I'm on something look with veins poping out the size of your finger, you know what I'm talking about.

i didnt hit the gym yesterday. i just hit shoulders tonight.
now if you were me. the only time you could get to the gym today is in 7 hours and you have triceps. you also work one bodypart a week assuming you dont miss more than two days a week. do you train in seven hours or take tomorrow off again?
its only been four days but i am getting antsy as hell
probably take it off, are you off your schedule??
Also depends how your triceps feel as well, I like to listen to my body and when keeping calories high and plenty of sleep I find I maybe able to do something like that but for a limited amount of time, 3-4 weeks. Like I'd do back and chest then do shoulder, and arms the next day and had success in those workouts and in the routine. But I'm an animal
i think my tricep was shot from throwing. i dont like taking off days. only because there are days i simply cannot make it and those are my off days. i really need to get out of this one body part a week schedule. if i miss more days than normal ill go 9 friggin days between hitting that muscle group. i know that is no bueno. ive gotten caught up in volume and i feel like im cutting myself short by hitting two groups a day.
i got to break this damn cycle.

This is my once a week routine at the moment peachfuzz, Love it...
Sun:Back/ Biceps/calves
Mon: Chest/Triceps/Abs
Tues: off
Weds:Shoulders/Abs
Thurs: Legs/calves
Fri: Arms/abs
Sat: off
I do a limited amount of biceps/triceps on Sun/Mon, more or less a pump up that is 2 exercises 3 sets.
i just started to write out my split and realized how jacked up it is.
I could definitely maintain on that schedule. Its kinda nice being all jacked with retarded strength and not on anything right now, I could probably progress from here but I want it alot faster and bigger too

mon-arms
tues-rest
wed-chest
thurs-arms
fri-drink beer
sat-drink beer
this thing is kinda neat. only problem is it requires 220volt outlet.
