thats fvcked up. i got some serious ass sweating problems myself though. the only thing more phucked up than that is how sore my thighs are right now

started with hack squats but switched over to leg press cause the hacks were buggin my knees. then 4 sets of lunges at 20 reps each. superset extensions and curls. bout a 2 mile jog afterwards
