Pretty pumped to go see Slayer tonight. This will be my 3rd time seeing them. You know I'll get pics for ya. Also Testament and Carcass. Gonna be a nasty night.

Yeh, I like wake up in the morning slowly slayer first thing can be a bit much haha.

Off to powerhouse, liquid metal for the drive. Felling like Chevelle to start off the workout today. BTW, got my tickets for Slipknot in June, then the wife and I are going to celebrate or 30th anniversary with Black Sabbath at the Hollywood Bowl in September. NEVER too old for metal!

It was the games new album the doc 2. Good album. I listen to everything from jay z to early dr dre and snoop dogg etc.

Today was some pantera and horslips an irish 70s rock band.

Demon Hunter at the gym. I like these guys. They're kind of bi-polar. Their stuff is either slower and really melodic or super speedy and hard core.
