I did random ass shit that bordered not shoulder exercise and a little more upper back.
The intensity I have had these last two workouts is nuts. I have been losing 1-2 reps with 30 second break at same work weight. This is not normal for any cycle I have ever done.
Side lateral raise
Plate raise
Incline db press
Db pull over
Wide grip cable pulldown
Reverse grip bb curl to military press
Bastard one arm crossover/pulldown
Fully aware that was a fkd up workout.
3 sets 30 second rest.
Plate raises were not to failure just 3 sets of 15 more of a warm up.
Will either do calve and abs or chest and back tomorrow. Depends on feel.

Last night's workout;
Seated db press 40*20,8,6
TT style side raise 10*14,14,12
Db side raise dropsets (22,5*20, 12,5*12, 7*10), (20*16, 12,5*6)
Rear delt bent over cable 5*20,20,20
Great workout for the first two exercises, then I got this massive shoulder pump making me immobile. Ruined the dropsets as form got horrendous. Took a break and used the foam roller to relieve some pressure before rear delts. Must be the anadrol it's also giving me painful back pumps during the day. Googled this apparently potassium and taurine can help. Really hoping to solve this, even though delts only get affected this way, the onset of the pump is within the first couple reps of the first set and after a couple sets the side delts get twitchy, immobile (can't scratch my back) and strength tanks.

From your starting bicep pics and stats and minimal posting, I think your the sleeper here.
We better step it up. This dude had the best double bicep front and back. All he really needed was to drop a bit of superfluous puff.

Deadlifts 230kg * 4
Lying leg curls 90*18,6,6
Single leg calf raise 30,30,30
Seated calf raise 30*40,40,40
Today the test base arrives. Very happy since the first package got seized and the guy reshipped. Was too anxious to try and injected 100mg in my delt 1 hour pre workout. The PIP creeped up slowly and I think next time I'll use it 2 hours before my working sets. Not impressed by it, didn't feel any mental effects, seems it took strength up a notch but very little - keep in mind I'm running test and anadrol on top. This stuff is tricky to inject too. Water based and very thin but won't go through a 25g. Shot it in the delt with a 21g, painless but the sight of that thick piece of metal in the flesh gave a very sadomasochistic taste to it all. Also the test settled at the bottom of the syringe quickly and shaking it when you've got a 21g 1,5 inches deep isn't really an option.
The anadrol is killing me with the pumps. They're very painful and only the first set is a good one...
The test injection before the last one has formed a small lump which doesn't hurt much but is concerning. I still think it was due to the oil going subq but this doesn't feel good. At least no fever etc.
The sides are getting to my nerves. Gastric motility (read: quick shits) and swollen joints from the peps, pip, lump, insane pumps from anadrol, lack of sleep due to all the crap I have to get done lately... Now my delt has bad PIP from the test base. Forearms very sore.
I have to think about what to do about the anadrol. It's counterproductive.

I wonder if it's not one of those three things and if I can counter this... Either way I'm adding a teaspoon of taurine (luckily a friend had some) with every dose of anadrol and lowering it to 50mg.
Lol it's not damage to the muscle fibers. It's too high RBC, or an electrolyte imbalance, or liver stress. I beat the book on the first set then the second and third set gets all fucked up along with the form.

I was rolling down the road one day on test dbol and eca and it all kinda took hold at once and I felt like satan! They need to extract that feeling and put it into a pill and I would buy the hell out of it!
