Yams you see in America are usually just a kind of sweet potato, not true yams. The values between yams and sweet potatoes are very similar. I usually alternate the two for a little added variety.

Look at Lentils too... Yams are good, and like Reed says add complex carbs to meals 4, 5, and 6...

You add in those carbs and get up to 150-160 then start your cycle thats just my suggestion though

Try to focus week end and week out on your basics trying to get stronger. Get to the maximum or at least to a respectable level. Like 225 on the bench for 10 reps and be deadlifting, squatting in the 400's before you start cycling. Thats what I focused on and it worked.
I see too many guys running like 700mgs of tren and 700mgs of test and ain't benchin 225 for 10 reps or barely. Sorry get your weight up. No excuses...... Its all about dedication. If your gonna use steroids IMO your life should be focused on one goal IMO. Not partying and looking good for the girls. Like I said its just laziness. Man up

Thanks I mean I know were bodybuilding but at least get to a collegiate level of strength cause they do the same thing without anything. Many wanna think anyone that is strong is on roids but thats bullshit. I know plenty of football players that play for UT and are literally terrified by steroids but bench 225 for 20+ reps yet there are 6'3'' 270 maybe 15-20% bf but at least there not copping out and manning up. My one friend is 5'6' and like 190 never touched roids and hit 225 for like 15 reps. Get strong bro thats the way to gain.

I think the minocycline is working well in pct.
I was covered in zits on my shoulders back and a few on my face last time. Big gross ones. I was gonna stay on antibiotics for a least another month.
since my pct has been over and i have been doing a bulking diet i have got a little stronger by my thickness has just went through the roof, now its time to tone it down and cut some more, then do it all again woohoo
