i hate rice. but when i do use it. i buy some brown rice. i buy some chicken broth packets (low/or no sodium) and ill add that to the water as i cook the rice

follow the directions on the rice to cook it.

the broth adds some flavor without changing the nutritional values

makes it tastier and easier to eat. cuz i hate rice. lol

i use whole wheat pasta. and from ive read. its better GI content then rice.

BTW inner part of the arm is red as hell and lil inflameted from the tattoo yesterday. **** those 5 hours did hurt (in a friendly way). But now they pain in the ass of keeping it plastified for couple days, clean it, cream it etc. And then a some more days of cleaning and creaming...boring.

i always stay 1 week after each tat. Sweat is no good for the tat. But this may take 10 days...i redder than normal and has this capillari vein spot cos inner part of the arm is so sensible...and i have full inner short sleeve done.
