Don't be a sissy this is my first cycle and I do lats, pecs, and delts. Pecs are easy, lats are even easier. Both are painless. But since it just twice a week just stick to quads, glutes, and delts

As I recall it's supposed be more like 1000mg wk 1, 750 wk 2, then finish on 500. Never done it myself.

No I meant first and second time 500mgs each. Ernst seems to give you a better way to get your blood levels to peak faster but it seems your running a little shy of gear. Regardless it may take 3 weeks or 5 weeks to kick in. I'd would have had enough for 12 weeks personally with test e
