High hemoglobin? Not that I'm aware of. Tested at 21.2 and high normal is 17.7

High BP does run in the family. I don't have any problems with BP myself, though. Never even got too high on cycle.

Maybe try hitting a lil oxygen to see if that helps out some.

Nope, no symptoms at all. Not a thing.

Hitting O2 at a non-prescription level and only part time I don't believe would have any appreciable impact on that. I know all about O2 concentrations from my medical training and those oxygen concentrating machines are kind of underwhelming as far as volume and concentration they produce. Those small doses may aid in exercise recovery and longevity (and I'd be interested to see how they do), or possibly with a hangover, but bumping your passive O2 by maybe 8% for a little bit is pretty meh.

Even the old folks with emphysema with tanks and cannulas have the good scrip-level 99% O2 tanks.

In field training we really only used the nasal cannula on people as a kind of placebo. Makes 'em feel like your doing something. You'd even ask, "are you feeling better now with the oxygen?" knowing full well it didn't really do shyt. If someone actually needed O2 they'd be getting a NRB mask running 10-15lpm of 99% O2.
