Where my friend got in trouble is he gave a statement to the police...they asked if he hit the guy...he said yeah, I have a right to defend myself. That sinks your battleship everytime...I told him after he said that to expect a warrent. See the cops don't care...you hit the guy, now go prove to a jury that you had to do it and you might get off. I've been through it myself before so I knew how it would go down.

so anyway, I slept over my gf's house on sunday
I wear a cpap when I sleep because of sleep apnea
but every once in awhile because I forced stream of air is going into your nose my sinusis can get dryed out.
So I woke up to take a piss and it was bothering me, so I figured I'd stay awake a few min without the cpap on before going back to sleep, to let my sinuses remoisturize.
I ended up falling asleep durring this 5 min for about 5 seconds. This ment I was snoring for 5 seconds. My gf finds the unacceptable, and it woke her up.
So, I said I was sry and put my cpap back on and fell asleep.
Half an hour later she gets back from the bathroom and lands on my leg on her way back into bed.
I feel accomplished
So, I say ouch, what'd you do that for?
and she starts yelling at me how I woke her up.
I say shh, let me get back to sleep.
Then she starts bitching about how she couldn't sleep because I woke her up, and I mean loud.
I say, OK, I'm sry, now just let me sleep.
but she just keeps on bitching
