You will be getting your blood values up and running far more sooner than if you was running a longer ester so you can easily cut the cycle down. I would start looking at closing the cycle around the 8 weeks mark but why don't you just leave it open ended and once your gains/results slow down or stop come off and go into pct. I think you will done by week 8 anyway but you never know.
Right, thank you.Originally Posted by marcus300
Yes, I did leave that part out, didn't I? I was considering var and may still add it into the cycle but last time I ran it and this time with T-bol, back pumps were very distracting. I have a ton of winny that I haven't used so I may incorporate it into this next cycle instead of var.Originally Posted by chadcuz1985

When I first started cycling, I would only 2 cycles a year (long ester, 12-14 weeks). I started feeling really drained and strung out towards the 12 week mark and recovery, even on TRT, was slower it seemed. From then on, I started exclusively using short ester compounds. I felt with more frequent dosing, I could better maintain consistent blood levels and estrogen control. But most of all, short esters enabled me to do shorter cycles of 6-8 weeks. Now, I feel I recover better and don't feel 'beat up' towards the end of the cycle.
I've always followed 'time on=time off' AND blood work before I cycle again. 14 weeks after a 14 week cycle, I had blood work cause I was ready to run another one. Everything came back fine, except my Neurophils (sp?) Levels. I had to look it up. When these numbers are elevated, it indicates the body has been over stressed. They are usually elevated after a heart attack, surgery, etc. This worried me and I consulted my doctor. He listen to my heart and ran some tests, everything came back fine. He concluded it was probably a combination of lifting and not getting enough rest. Either way, it delayed me cycling again and made me further realize the importance of post cycle blood work.
Thx for the feedback DD. Sounds like 8 wks is a good run, with a potential stretch to 10. Never used Mast, so I'm excited fort that.Originally Posted by Dante Diamond
Shoulders tonight for me was intense and heavy loved every min of it.
Fed off some normal people watching me do arnie presses was immense felt great lifted heavy and fast tonight was great. I'll run through it fast.
Started with seated hammer strength presses did two warms up, a feeler set then balls to the wall, fired out 8 hard slow reps with one forced then collapse my shoulders were on fire then a double drop of 8 reps and two negs was insane tbh.
BB plate shrugs two sets slow and controlled.
Arnie presses fried out one reallt heavy set for 9 good reps and two forced with one drop the burn was crazy, I was on fire, on a mission to destroy more and more weight.
Then side raises supersetted with front raises.
No cardio this week, but the last few weeks I have been doing alot of pre lifting visualiation and by fck does it work and I mean really work well
Agree. Thanks for sharing Dante, good info.Originally Posted by kelkel

Sorry alittle off topic. Ive been following this thread and want to thank both marcus an kel for there time. I have realized without a doubt my training intensity has declined over the last year. Also i had to man up and be honest with myself. I was not lifting to true failure the last few months. But reading this thread has re-energized me to make the proper adjustments. And for that i thank you both!!!! Your dedication has help get me motivated again!
That's what it's all about michael30. Welcome and hope you stick around. What are your stats and goals? Any cycle history?Originally Posted by michael30
It's a collective effort here michael! Glad you stopped lurking and posted up. This thread is full of great training ideas, motivation, nutritional advice and cheap humor! In other words, a great place to hang out.
Tell us a little more about yourself if you don't mind!
I'm still around..... Seem to be making upper chest improvements nicely. I'm worn out after lifting. My days are so long I feel like collapsing when I get home. It takes some getting used to that's for sure
Yea man..... I'm getting a solid breakfast and lunch every day. Dinner of coarse is always good. Lots of rice and oats for me. 1lb of chicken at lunch.Originally Posted by kelkel

Drop set triceps was alot of fun, my arms got huge but didnt have that annoying pump pain, stayed thick and hard for about 2 hours after the work out. and it was a fast work out, 20 minutes tops
mind you to do french press and skulls i turned into the "gym hoarder" having 3 different weights around. Looking forward to trying drop sets on shoulder/bi day later in the week.
