that continuead for more than an hour, i warned him please stop the "nt nt ffff"
you are annoying me and you know i have aniety and you know that leads into rage. he ignored my warning and continued to be annoying...i told him "i want to stop" (cos i knew i he kep that shit going on i'm go crazy) he told me come on dont be a girl...(i was thinking....fukking moron im doing it for your own protection)...he promised to shup up, he didn't i could not handle it any more and exploded. stoped tha car in the middle of a highway almost causing a multiple crash, broke the door when slamming it and was about spit in the car windows and was about to beat that idiot when thanks to some random dude i was stoped.
i just left him inside the car with a face of shock. Then i came down into my midn and realised i did something that could have get lots of people killed or injuried and felt awful.

its hard to explain...its like for some seconds, not even a minute you brain stops being a rational brain to be a pure furious animal who doesn't know what he is doing in the moment you are doing it. Then once done you remember some things and the things you dont remember your brain fill it with logical reasoning. I will never now the truth of what happened. But that is my truth that is what i know. I will never know if i slammed the door 2 or 3 or 4 times. I someone came and told me it was 6 i'll prolly belive him.

yeah, she messed me up beacuse things were going so well between us. then she just stopped talking to me. didn't say why, just didn't call or return my calls anymore. We dated for like 2 months after she moved to boston maybe more. It's like 2 hours away by car of train. She's been single since. Not interested in dating her again but I'd go out for drinks with her if she called.

I was so sad around this time last year, I just wanted to sit in my house and be depressed. When people called me on the phone I couldn't wait for the converstation to be over so I could go back to feeling depressed. I never felt like that before in my life.

I started a tren cycle 2 weeks after she stopped talking to me...I think that played into it a lot. I would advise against cycling while going through a break-up.
