i can't tell you how many times people ask me how I got in sucn good shape, and as soon as I tell them to just eat 6 meals a day, they say

ohhhhh i can't do that........well duh, you don't even try

they have NO clue what we do to get six meals a day in....if they wanted it that bad, they would adjust like we did to do that

i tell them to do what i do...sat and sun i do all my cooking and put in the frezz......take it out and eat take it to work with me....shit i did it when i was in iraq....if you can do it there you can do it anywhere..now in iraq it was tuna tuna tuna but still made it work for years at a time...

I cooked dozens and dozens of eggs on sunday, chicken strips, sweet potatoes all for the week, and carried around a freakin cooler wherever i went

I would go outside in between karate classes that I taught, to sit in my vehicle and eat broiled chicken strips and cold sweet potatoes
