Not a little excited, Just trying to keep our board sane and related to AAS. I think you should read the board rules and try doing a search before you post something like this or your other posts asking who is the man in your avatar? That kind of post belongs in the lounge, not here, just as the people that are trying to stir something up or are not serious about this board should not be here either. 90% of the people on this board take this very seriously because it is the lifesytle we chose, and we interact with other members of the board to learn and get ahead. Why don't they sell beer at the gym if drinking is such a great idea ?

just to be devils advocate i have read an artical that says alchohol INCREASES tetosterone. the fact that drinking brings on aggressiveness in some people made me believe this a little. fact is though drinking is not gonna help u it only gonna hurt u. when u get drunk your body is basically trying to fight off a poision. if ur gonna drink, drink, but dont try and say its good for u. i still drink but i know i could gain more without drinking and more focus on my goals.

i didnt run in the trials because im not an american citizen. my country doenst have trials, you either qualify with an a or b standard and they take you. i live here and schooled here and everything. but i was not born here. considering i have ran in many major meets in the u.s. like penn relays, texas relays, kansas relays, many of arkansas famous invites, many or oregons famous invites, and those arnt even the good meets. the good meets are the meets i have ran in mexico city, munich, london, seville, and doha. considering i am one of the top sprinters from my country then most people who know who i actually am definitally consider me a world class athlete.
