Well the heat has started to get to me...... last night I didn't sleep very well because I was sweating all night. This morning when I woke up I had the worst sensation of heat ever. Waking up on DNP is probably the worst time of the day.
I have made a decision not to weigh myself again until I am done as the water retention is starting to show and I am not really losing anymore. It is frusting to go through hell and not see the numbers dropping on the scale, so I am going to just watch myself in the mirror (although that is depressing too because my muscles look sooooo flat / unpumped) and wait until the last day to weigh in again, and then I will weigh myself again after the water clears. So far I am still down a few pounds from starting, and I have eaten 100% clean with the exception of 1 cheat meal of ice cream / oreos lol. Other than that the whole time I have been on DNP diet has been perfect.
I am going to stay at 400mgs and continue w/ 50mcg of T3 and see how the rest pans out. I will update again later as today is a cardio only day, so I won't have any lifting stories to share
