No diuretic yet. That's for the last week as Swole said. As far as losing fat, I used clen along with cardio and a cutting diet. I can't use T3 because I naturally have high levels of T3 in my system. I have hyperthyroidism. I take meds to lower my thyroid levels to normal. Sounds about right...........after my partners last show, she did two shows two weeks apart, I brought a peanutbutter pie for her. Funniest **** thing I think I've ever seen in my life....a 101 pound woman eatting and entire pie and she had no intention of sharing whatsoever. Remember to supp. distilled water with a EXTRA Vit. C uptake. The sodium is not the only thing filtered out of the water. I had to take 1g of vit C with every gallon because it upsets your stomach.Originally Posted by Carlos_E
