    Hey guys I have been looking for a place to ask questions and get direction. I have never tried anything and use to lift and did good with my all around power but ended up hurting my shoulder and stepped away from the whole thing, well as you know when you lift for power you bulk up!! well after a year im 30 pounds over weight and looked in to a few things and anavar seems to be the way to go to cut & drop weight and keep it off, "BUT I CANT FIND THE DAMN STUFF!!" Nobody I reached out to in NYC & NJ has a thing let alone anavar can anyone help a guy out!!! I would really be thankful it!!

    Best place to get it is wal mart - comes as the house brand "Wal-Var" - you have to ask for it in the pharmacy. Great prices on that and "Wal-Test" too!

    Im intersted in following this cycle but im a little concerned with the liver side effects. Does anyone have any opinions on the liver efects? Does anyone take milk thistle while on this cycle?

    cramping is really a problem... Also take your Clen and T3 in two
    divided doses during the day... Also to give you an idea my daily
    calorie intake was probably about 1,000 to 1,200 lower then normal
    for this entire time...

    BTW when I ran this cycle I was running 900mg week of Test Cyp
    as my only anabolic right at the end of a bulking cycle... My results
    is I went from a chunky, but thick as a bull 240lbs to a fairly hard 212lbs
    or so in only 6 weeks... Again adjust the doses to fit your tolerance...
    At these doses you will be sweating and hot all day long... Plan on
    losing some muscle mass even with the anabolics...

    My goal is to decrease body fat percentage too 6 percent how long do you think it will take me with stanozlol, t3 and clen with a clean diet and with a workout schrdule like this.

    6 days a week work out:
    5 miles runing.
    High reps ligt weights lifitng.
    core workout crunches 200.
    Knee raises
    Boxing, swiming every other day.

    stanozlol : 30-40 mg a day
    t3 : 50-100 mcg a day
    clen : 80-140 mcg a day


    Stats:
    Weight = 165lbs
    Height = 6ft
    BF= 19 percent

    I have a question:

    Could I do a ECA/T4 cycle and not use the clen. I have loads of ECA and T4, I've even got clen, but for some reason Im bricking using clen ???

    can i do T3 alone ? i'm about 13 % body fat but i'm having the waits and abs fat and it really irritates me i read some things about t3 a bit worried about the funtion of the thyriod gland afterwards but i see alot of people didn't face any problem..

    i love this , i'm using this cycle right now except i dont use aas, lost 22 lbs so far not too much muscle lost, looking a lil more cut ... 188lbs 5'8 1/2

    I'm only going to use this cycle on AAS. I'm not willing to risk muscle loss.

    ill be running a clen/t3 cycle soon, i got a decent build under the fat but would upping the protein help preserve some of the muscle loss?

    i know im gonna lose some no matter what but i just wanna try and keep it to a minimum without AAS cause im not ready for that yet.

    I was wondering what i should take on my off weeks of clen. I do not have any t3. And was wondering what over the counter stuff i can take if any? i am starting my first week tommorow. I have takin clen before this is my 3rd cycle i have been doing 28 days on 1 week off and i lost a total of 55lbs. This is going to be my last cycle and i whould like to lose at lest 20lbs more or a crap load of body fat.

    You could take a coleus forskolin product such as Lean xtreme through the entire cycle if you wanted. Non stim fat burner.

    I looked up on Lean Xtreme and did realy find any good reviews.. Is there anything else I can take with clen for body fat lost with or on the off weeks.

    i took T3 before and i felt like s$%t. just like really lazy, didnt want to get out of bed or train or do much of anything. i used it for like a month with eca pills and as soon as i stoped i felt much better. has this happened to anyone else?

    hey i have a few questions for you or any one else? I weigh around 340 and im about to order some clen and T3. i know how to cycle it im just wondering the best diet you think i should be on with it for max weightloss or the most effective.and also which exercises should i do how much cardio and how many days? or can i do 7 days a week..im realy looking to get fit plaese help me.

    clen and t3 stack is very powerfull stuff also very dangerous unless u know what you are doing. my best bet if i was u is to start doing some cardio everyday for at least 2 to 3 weeks get your body used to the high heart rate cause clen will rase ur heart rate, start runing every morning on a empty belly so u can burn off what u already have. one u feel that ur body has got used to high heart rates then id say start a clen t3 cycle, for food eat clean man, no fast food or the all you can eat chines lol, make sure your diet is ritch in protein low carb and good complex carbs as well. eat oatmeal in the am with a protein shake after your run, and the rest of your day keep it clean fish, chicken breat, bown rice , a salad is fine with low fat dressing, something alog those lines..... good luck man

    I am 5'9" 220 pretty athletic couldnt work out as much back in the states because of the long hours i work but have been working out now for about 3 years and only taken protein and fat burners here and there. I am trying to get really shredded. I am currently deployed and Im doing 1 hour of cardio and lifting but my diet is hard to maintain because you get what you get type deal here in Afghanistan but I try to eat the chicken and the veggies for the most part etc. I am looking into taking Clen/T3/Arimedex/Nolvadex stack to get down to like a 180 solid, I am dedicated guys I use to be 285. I have been doing massive research and just want to hear opinions and advice + I can take all criticism very well so please lay it all out. Thank you for help.

    Exclamation clen/t3 stack my cycle

    So I haven't posted updates in a long time but I am down to 200lbs and feel great. It took me a total of 9 months. I was at 310lbs 9 months ago and I stopped clen after 3 cycles and did the rest natural. I am about to start clen/t3 to get the rest of the fat off my body. My goal is to get lean and cut so i am going to stack clen/t3 and have a lean diet.

    hi and welcome. first of all this is an old thread. If I were you I would start an entire new thread with your stats and goals. I doubt anyone will advise you without knowing a bit more about you and why you would want to take this combo.

    i had a question about the side effects. since they make u very hot and sweaty should you avoid this cycle in the summer time? i live in Las vegas and my job has me outside in the summer heat 8 hours a day. im worried i might literally overheat. any thoughts?

    Smart of u to think that thru, Nasty. IMO you could see how it goes. You are supposed to ramp up the dose so Check that out and keep an eye on BP. I found that I only felt the heat at night. During the day I just felt a bit strung out like too much caffiene. I have a desk job tho but I'm also 25 years older than u. do you have access to water at work? That would be important to stay hydrated. Btw u got to have the diet spot on too. I didn't do that first time and the results bore that out.

    I've read through this entire thread and, while I can see that it was started a while back, it still seems to be going strong. So, before I create a new thread, I thought I'd try posting here and see if I could get some questions answered. So, I'm 35 years old, 5' 11", and 235 lbs. This would be my first cycle, but I really want to lean out. I'd like to follow the regimen outlined by the OP regarding the T3/Clen. I'd be adding in Winnie (50mg ED, 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 at night), Var (40mg ED, in the morning). I plan to run an ECA stack during the Clen off weeks. I've got my diet pretty locked down, right now, but I plan to really up my protein intake once I'm running the cycle.
    What about the Benedryl dosing during the off weeks of Clen? How much and on what days? Will it affect the ECA that I'll be taking?
    What would cardio look like on this stack? I've read that Clen interferes with cardio. How much and how often?
    What would be the PCT for this particular stack?
    Last question is a bit of a long-shot.....does anyone know how much any of this gear should cost (in today's market)?
    Can anyone give some advice or their opinions on this, given my stats and goal. I'm completely new to this, so ANY help would be really appreciated.

    i've been using Clen 2 weeks on/2weeks off at 100mcg ed

    problem is i havent lost any fat and im sure its legit Clen cause i got it from Ar-r

    I'm new to this forum and have read all the info on this whole thread... i'm starting my 1st clen/ t3 stack on september 1st and just wondered how long others have left in between cycles?
    A bit about me.... I'm 5'7", current weight is 140lbs and BF is 14%
    I've been training for the past 3 years so have fair muscle composition, i have good cardio strength and incorporate cardio into at least 4 out of 6 workouts per week. i've been eating clean for months and have sufficient knowledge about diet to ensure the t3 doesn't send me into a total catabolic state, i'm currently eating 5 or 6 small meals per day with high protein, moderate carbs and low fat, i eat a lot of fruit so will reduce that intake... i'm a female so i wont be using any anabolics (at least for this 1st cycle... depending on the results).
