and yes at bed time i loose around 2lbs everyday. I REALLY DO! and then i re-gain those 2lbs when i eat. thats why im gaining nothing. i only knew that before 3 mounths ago, so i was eating 160g of makrone to prevent loosing those 2lbs. ive noticed that makrone prevent loosing 1lbs only and 1lbs is still gone while im sleeping.. ill try peanut butter. thanks!!
If I hadn't quit working out for a while... at the rate I was gaining... I would be HUGE right now... o well... slacked off for a bit then got a few injuries now I'm 225... 35lbs down from my biggest at 260... (probably at around 18%)
I eat everything you do in a day at twice the frequency...you must live in Ethiopia if that is what you consider a solid diet. Steroids dont put mass on you from nowhere. With 5 hours between extremely small meals, I would assume your main problem is that your body resorts to breaking down muscle for energy... catabolic effect, something you should consider looking into especially if you are a hardgainer...this would mean your have higher calorie needs. Try eating meals every 3 hours...also weight gainer is your friend...

ddue, your an idiot. eat some friggin food, stop pussin out adn thinkin roids are the way out, and get serious about lifting. you have NO idea about how much work is invooed in workout out and eating right. its a lifestyle, not a hobby. you eat right, you can easily gain to 160-170 without juice. build a base, then juic, then yo usee what happens.

You have been given given a diet plan and everything. What do you want one of us to cook it all for you and spoon feed it to you. Grow up if you want to do juice and are not willing to listen to what these bro's have to say
go ahead and juice throw your money down the toilet. Just don't come back here crying when you lose everything you put on while on the sauce. Get your diet right, get adequate rest, train hard (get in compound movements 6-8 reps for 4 sets, allow more reps for smaller muscles bout 8-10 reps for 4 sets, use your own body weight with chinups, pressups, dips etc work each body part once a week.)
I have being keeping a strict diet since the start of the month. Seperating carbs and fats and getting 50gr of protien in each meal I have bumped my calories up by 800 above my maintenance requirments getting food in every three hours. I have gained 4 pound in less than 4 weeks which I am very happy with. By the wat I am a very hard gainer.

ive gained 11lbs, now im 131lbs without steroids.. what u said was 100% right and everything i said was wronge i was mistakin i didnt care enough about what i eat and i thought that im gettin enough food.. anyway i think that im gettin enough now, even thought ive throw up 2 times coz of this diet but what the hell .. im gaining 1lbs every 2 days on average
1st two weeks diet (7meals/day)
- 4 white egg
- 1chickent breast + 1.5 cup or rice (4 times a day)
- packed tuna 7oz
- noodles (160g)
- 14butter spoons (sepreted between meals)
TOTAL calories:4005, 257prot, 397carb, 125fat
ive gained 4lbs only
2nd two weeks diet (4meals/day + N-Large2)
- 1chicken breast+1.5cup rice
- 4chicken nuggets + large fries
- packed tuna 7oz
- noodles 160g
- 4spoon of olive oil
- 500ml milk + 1/2 n-large2 serv (3 times a day)
TOTAL calories: 4,460, prot:243, carbs:463, fat:189
ive gained 7lbs

thats great! go on, u can hit 180 lbs naturally in a few month! diet is the key, now that u have they keys in ur hand, go make the best out of it.
