6'1, 305, 22 years old. My best squat in a suit is 875 + 200 lbs of chain, so that's 1075 at the top, off a box. What do I win.

squat is my worst excercise. can bench as much as i squat. also, does it make you a little girl if you do your squats on a smith machine?

Speaking of the smith machine and skinny legs. This new guy at my gym thinks hes huge and just makes me angry. I am at the sqaut rack (btw im 19 yrs old 6'5 210lbs and i never max out but squat 275 for 4-5) in the middle of a set and this guy walks strait to the back of the gym loads 225 on the smith machine next to me. He starts his set when i am in the middle of my set, I am doing 225 for 8-10, he does two of the weakest reps i have seen screaming at the top and completely interrupts my sets... The fact that he didn't have the curteousy to let me finish my set before he started screaming just makes me angry and i had to vent.

what an a-hole. in all fairness to myself, i never max out either, and the 3 reps of 275 comes at the end of 6-8 sets. i like to do lighter weight and explode up quickly from parallel.

to all the whinny jealous fags who are saying that an 18 y/o's knees cant hold that much weight that sh!t just pisses me off. If u cant do it shut your F*ckin mouth--doesnt mean someone else cant. When i was 17 i weighed 175 and squatted over 450 as per a calculated rep max while repping 405x4-7(cant really remember how many). If i wanted to risk injury i could have attempted a 1 rep max, but football was more important. Im not at all surprised that someone could do over 500 with 10 more lbs of muscle than I had.

At the last powerlifting meet I did (apf southern states) a 19 year old kid by the name of Scott Weech hit a 422.5 kilo squat or in other words a 931 lbs. squat. He just barely missed a 1003 lbs squat. so it is possible very possible. He also benched 540 and deadlifted 677. He is the stongest kid I have ever seen!

Height shouldn't have that much of an impact on squating properly. Look up a member by the name of Phfeezer (I think I misspelled his name big time) and read some of the posts he's made. He has one of the best posts concerning proper lifting form for squats....a complete breakdown. If I get some time I'll see if I can find it and give you guys a link.
why lie about your maxes? those kids that say they're 18 squatting well into the 500's, do you know your at an NFL pro level? get a clue and quit with the lies. at 18 your knees could hardly handle 500 + pounds weighing less then 200 pounds.. i hate liars
1. just because i can squat alot does not mean i would be a good professional football player.
2. i have seen numerous 198 lb class powerlifters squat well into the 500 range who are in college
3. i have a friend that is very short about 4'9' and weighs 132 who can squat over 600.
4. i dont really ****ing care if you belive me or anyone else.

cmon bro

that is possible, at 195, i bet punisher can do it. i am the same weight and i never squat for reps that high, but i think i could be in that ball park. at least for 15 reps, but seriously, 15 or more reps in the squat is a bitch!!!!!! i wouldn't even consider trying it on a dare for money. i did 2 sets of 15 reps with 225 when i was 16 weighing around 165lbs and i threw up after the second set!my legs were sore for a wk and i couldn't walk. i never did over ten reps ever again.
