    PowerBar Protein Plus: Peanutbutter Chocolate. Tastes a lot like the old Tiger Milk bars.

    For me, I could handle many of the bars if they left that damn 'chocolate' coating off them. Either it tastes like shit or it's so sweet it makes my teeth scream!

    I would agree but I have seen a lot of posts and lab reports saying they are not all they say they are. I will have to wait and see more on them.

    PowerBar ProteinPlus bars are fantastic IMO...25g protein, 290 cals, 5g glutamine (if that is your thing)...they taste delicious, especially the vanilla...cookies&cream and peanut butter are also great too.

    PowerBar was my pick too. Eating a PB one right now. I could almost do without the chocolate coating though.

    designer whey cookies and cream energy bar is damn good, so is the peaches and lean, there hydronated oils in those so if ur weary of that then hit up a nitro tech smores or peanut butter chocolete chip!

    Detour has revised their stats as follows:

    K 310 up from 290
    P 30 down from 32
    F 10 up from 9
    Sugar 9 up from 6
    C are from Glycerine so I don't count em

    Still good in my book if not contest dieting. They rock on taste!

    I tried the Designer Whey U-Turn bar at the Arnold Classic. Wow! Tastes just like Snickers, no shit. The best I've ever tasted.

    I was one of those a-holes that chose "other". sorry big papa!

    anyway, anyone try the "Zone" bars? they have tons of different flavors--chocolate grahm (sp?) being the best--but they have like 18g's of protein and not too much fat. no one mentioned them, just thought i would chime in...
