    holy shit..i was going to go to sleep but I just measured my arms and they are 17 3/4.. no joke. I would post a pic if i had a dig cam or figured how to put my camera phone pics on here... I could have sworn they had gotten smaller. Funny how that works...maybe my "bigoxeria" has set in more . I was going to go to sleep but i got too excited and I had to come back downstairs and share the good news.

    hmm I wonder how much of that is fat that I have gained tho

    I am 6'0", 190 pounds, 13% bodyfat, and my arms measured 16.5" flexed. I am currently working towards at least 205 pounds, 10% body fat, and 18" arms. I will probably have to go on a new level of diet and training to go beyond that.

    I started out in January 2003 at around 135 pounds, 13% bodyfat, and 12" arms flexed.

    My immediate goals are to gain another five to ten pounds of muscle, get my arms up to 17" flexed, and then cut my bodyfat down from 13% to 10% so I will have visible abs.

Nice and hot after playing with the 115 lb dumbells..I think they seem to measure a bit more.     Back in jr. high I was a skinny a$$ dude but when I would flex this enourmous ball would pop out freaking out even the older kids in the football team. Normally I hit them once a week with heavy a$$ weights..just like I try with everything else. I've been out of the gym for almost 2 weeks due to a cold earlier and I just got my wisdom teeth pulled so i'm going a bit insane over here.!
