Listen, doing a great job. You have been working hard and it shows. Good bicept and the only critique I have is what I said last time - tri's. If you get the triceps up to snuff that alone will probably add another inch or two to your arms. Again good job and I know calves can be genetic but maybe you should change around that routine the same time you change the tri routine.
