Up until recently, i could gain great results with just protein creatine proper diet and hit the gym hard. I mean hard whatever muscle group you work out should feel like it is going to blow off of your body. I did sus when i was your age...bad mistake. Lost everything lost drive to go to gym LOST ALL MUSCLE. Three and a half years later I am thinking of doing my "next cycle" because my body won't grow much anymore...I am not growing after 2 months of hard training and eating like a horse don't get the gear until that happen to you.
P.S I was 145 at 19 now at 25(today) i am 218 at 5'9" naturally
