    It took seven months, but I got my first negative posting!! I'm not upset, kind of funny if you ask me. As far as I remember, bodybuilders are not asked "how much do you bench?" when they compete. Body building is asthetic in nature and strength is a by product as far as my goals were/ are concerned. For some people the opposite is true.

    I spent a couple years of my life judging my progress by purely the scale and how much I did on my lifts. Later on I realized that was a mistake and that overall apperance should be what I concern myself with. Don't get me wrong, I still lift heavy (for me at least) and try to improve my strength.

    As far as what juice should be used for, that is up to whoever is using it. You're opinion what YOU advocate and don't advocate steroids are so hilarious I can't even comment.

    BTW, you're right, at this point my strength was down and I couldn't bench 225 10 times. But now I can and I still look good, goal acomplished. My strength came back, no big deal.

    Your Nutritional Regimen Dissapointed me as well. I know for a fact that if my diet looked like that I would not cut up as nicely as you did. In fact ill be cooking meals every Sunday for 3 straight hours for the whole week to come close to achieving results like you did... Today is my first day of cutting and it would have been nice to see well planned out diet and nutritional plan laid out that you followed...it would have motivated me....but...your results overall motivate me anyway bro you are a real inspiration and im glad you have a trainer outlining a better eating plan for you....take care and update us with some pics...

    Can you tell me how you took your Clen and Xenadrine, per day, increases, you know all that stuff.

    I am about 180 now, 14%bf. I would definately like to trim out. Work out weights about 4-5days a week, need to step up the cardio for sure.

    Ok one more question. I have read a bunch of the older posts now so I apologize for my stupidity. I basically heard it was 2 weeks on then 2 weeks on xenadrine and so on. But when you start the second two week period, do you increase your dose back up, or do you just jump right in and take 5 to start with???

    I am still giving you mad props for all the hard work, and the way you were able to transform your body! However, I did have a few specific questions for you, and maybe some of the other bros were wondering the same..

    1.) How many total calories did you take in per day?
    2.) How many grams of carbs/fats/proteins per day?
    3.) What dosage did you use for the clen?
    4.) From what I understand you did a double split with your workouts? Cardio then weights everyday?

    5.) You lost a great deal of weight from your midsection would you attribute this to the diet or the gear?

    6.) What do you look like now? And has your new diet added any lean mass or have you gained any fat?

    Oh yeah and I’d estimate your bf% before you cut @12-14% and I’d say you look to be about 6% now? Just my guess… Again, good job bro!!

    how many comps. of clemb. did you use per day?????
    did lose too much arm size during the cycle,because of the aerobics???
    I've just finished a deca/sustanon cycle and I'm losing too much water
    and consequentely size......
    I'll just use clemb to burn some fat .......I'm eating a little bit more than you did.....do you guys think I'll lose muscles???
    I'm doing 30-45 minutes of cardio per day after lifting wheights.....

    i'm still here guys. I haven't been around the board too much lately. I don't answer many questions b/c most are already found somewhere in the post already. I am still working out despite a shoulder injury during a pick up tackle football game that has been bothering me since last October. It is better for the most part now but still gets sore from everyday activities. I havent been able to do barbell bench press or pull ups since then. But I still make do. I will post some update pics next month when my roomate makes it out to our new place in Vegas (Im already here).

    one stanzol 75 and two testeronna 100. the testeronna 100 hurts real bad so i would probaly recommend 4 testeronna 50's.

    I actually got up to about 8 clens a day (oxyflux) after these pictures were taken and got even leaner than the pics. Hard to keep up though.

    That was nothing short of astonishing. Great transformation! It's like you are not even the same person brotha. I love it when I get ripped every year for comps. Have you tried Trenbolon yet? Its rather good for dieting people like us but still builds in caloric deficits. Check out Demitri's tread on Tren.

    It always keeps getting bumped up because it is an amazing transformation and not to mention that he mantianed his appearance after so much time. I think it's quit impresive. And actually the thread is old but the last bump was 3 months ago.

    Great work pal. You give me some inspiration, because my NOW picture is very close to your BEFORE picture and we have the same goals. I will be doing a EQ/PROP/WIN cycle for 15 weeks starting May 15. I hope to look as good.

    holy shizat... good job for 2 months of work. I've never tried cutting like that. I'm still working on gaining muscle mass... I need to gain 50 more lbs, then I'll start cutting
