I looove gummie bears, sour keys etc. but I've started my cutting diet.. I'll miss them a lot, but hopefully by behaving I'll see the results that NewKid is experiencing.
I find after about 4 weeks of being good i totally go off track and go nutz.. i guess that's why I'm still chubbers!! grrrr

I know you've been given a ton of tips, something that always works for me is watching a really boring documentary, reading in bed or staring at the computer... basically anything that strains my eyes will knock me out..

Everything is going well...got through my first day of the new diet thanks to 1buff...and help from Narki...I like it a lot...feeling good feeling loose hehe...havent been able to work out much though...serious work schedule literally does not allow it...I take short breaks with my homework to get on AR and relax for a second before getting back to it...this is the case even on weekends...hopefully this comming week I will have time...on the bright side I think my body is responding well to the break...I think it will respond even better when I get back to the gym equiped with the new diet

yes mouse thats for definate..Im just going to eat as clean as possible until I can get back on a scheduled diet. clean for me is more about eating enough than eating junk...I tend to just not eat very much without a diet...junk food is not a big deal for me really..I just dont click with it ahaha

my question is why did you eat the worst shit you could possibly find during finals??? Was a protein and oats shake out of the question? Probably woulda been faster.... no worries though....
