Great info i myself am a newbe and have not been in gym since returninng from iraq im 6/5 270 and am,ready to get back to lifting i hurt back overseas and have put on quite a bit of weight ready for a change have been realy working on diet and ready to start my first regiment

the problem is, unfortunately, that search can yield to all kinds of results, as people are split between haters and lovers. no middle ground, and very little objectivity.

To search, just go to site:forums.steroid.com TERM - Google Search

And replace the word TERM at the end with whatever you want to search for.
