    i need to follow your rules mizfit. i am still pining over a mistress and its been over 2 years. i called her on her birthday last month.....ended up meeting for lunch and i was humbled.....shes gone on its me thats stuck in the past. wish i could get her out of my heart.

    I know some of you think i have obviously never felt heart ache - this is not true...

    But even when i have been in bad situations -I realize that people can truly only do what i allow them to do to me. If i give someone the power over my happiness and life then that was my choice to do and stupidity.

    you have to refocus and channel the emotions.. it's the only thing you really can do

    I know! Seems like everyone is on PCT or something.
    Everyone else is breaking up, and I havnt had a gf in like 3 years and I think... I have 2 right now...?
