what kind of growth were you expecting to this point? Are you hitting the smaller leg with more MGf to try to get them even?
no, i don't try to get theem even. i just want them to get as big as possible. evrything looked very positiv and by taking a few days rest i would have guesed they should have grown a bit, not that they would get thinner. i kept everthing the same those 5 days except for the fact i took total rest,even worked less, and not shooting the mgf. kept my diet same more or less, upped the cals a bit by adding some cheatmeals toget mind straight. remember i said adding not replace them for my regular clean meals.
anyway tonight i'm going back to the gym,hitting legs again tomorow.
but this sport can be so frustrating,but thats something we all figured out from one point to another.

just finished another leg workout.
4 x 15 extensions
4 x 8 leg press (390kg)
4 x 8 front squats
6 x 12 standing leg curl
4 x 12 calv raises
did the front squats with just 80kghurted like hell on my delts and facing diffulty to breath properly. next time gonna try to do them in smith machine, see if that works better.
but except for the front squats it felt really good
upped my MGF dose from 200mcg each side to 250mcg aside.

I just looked at the pic you posted with the yellow back drop. First off you look real good. Your quads looked great. I think it's your calves you needed to focus on. Everything else looks very good........ what are your thoughts.

last time i used mgf and didnt really like it.. gonna give it a try with another batch of mgf..
You are using it right now only PWO if im reading it right. Are you using the mgf and igf together at the same time or some time between them?

Rodge Are you happy the the results you have seen with your program? What were your expectations to this point. What are your goals?
allthough i'm measuring some improvement i find the results lacking. as said they measure out a bit bigger but i think this could be due to swelling from the MGF(and the lr3) and the intense workouts. but real results can be seen as soon as my bf% is contest ready.Originally Posted by Lion
