Thanks a lot for all the comments and experiences, it helps. My own situation is a little weird, and I won't get into any details, but it's nice to know the different scopes with the different people and their own personal stories. I've been with my girl over a month, and things seem to be going alright, although the real physical stuff has not started yet.

A little under 4 months. She initially told me she wanted to wait a year, I said yeah right. We saw each other a couple times a week but I think it was due to her past and how she got screwed over by guys that she had these walls up cause at first when we messed around she would always make statements like all you want is a piece of a$$. Eventually she came to realize that I actually did care for her.
