    I was thinking that all sounded pretty good, but you forgot about washing my underwear! An-E-Ways!!! Back to the subject at hand. If I was to start Clen, then would it be better to take the liquid form or pills? And does it work best taken with the Var?

    pill and liquid are identical.. pill is just easier.. dont need var but var is far far more effective for hardening up and looking tighter than clen ever will since var has actual anabolic and androgenic properties

    You may disagree because everyone has there own thoughts on things. But that does not make you right.

    A ton of stone weights the same a a ton of water.

    20mg of powder pressed into a pill or caped is the same an 20mg of powder suspended in liquid.

    also i'd like to chime in on this thread from a different perspective.

    im going take a lil tangent here and propose a transition to your training.
    im sure you probably do the traditional type of resistance training but what i suggest you take some time to go look around and read about stability balls and utilizing them in every excercises.. from alternating isolated db chest presses while laying w/ say a small stability ball between ur shoulder blades... or tricept extensions w/ a larger ball stationed lower on your back.

    once you really get a feel for them- they become a godsend for women in most cases. every female i work with i have them perform all their excercises on or with a stability ball.. even lunges. they utilize so many stabilizers and force your core to work non stop it really works great to bring in ones transverse and form a more HourGlass shape.

    I agree but i put a limit to it depending a pone goals. I like to have women rotate there work out every other week. Working core is built into each and every session. They burn more cal during each work out this way. Cardio for women is also different for men. They need more at a higher intensity depending on how much muscle mas they have. I can see a big difference in fat burning with women with more muscle then not.

    The nice thing is with women is one you drop there estrogen levels they can burn fat like crazy. Or you can up there test levels and guess what it help with fat as well. What is cool it you can tell how there body is reacting by there menstrual cycle. it takes out the guessing game.
