I should video tape it. too bad its not a private forum.. Obviously not going super slow or anything with that. The forum is still pretty freaking good considering I always get my elbows to be parallel with my shoulders. None of this funky bird flapping shit.... a little swaying/momentum towards the end of the exercisebut shit.... whatever....... JJ be doing that shit too
![]()
Get freakin' down my man!!! I don't think i've EVER tried 75's on raises. 130's impressive as well. Keep it up bro!

Pump was incredible. Slowing down the rep scheme and doing those pauses really torn my chest up today. I may not have been stronger but had to make do and I looked really good today. Its bodybuilding not being a ego powerlifter lifting heavy weight with my gut and no definition in my physique...... I like to keep my six pack during the offseason![]()

Shoulders/Tris: Was flat today. Not a big deal sometimes it happens especially working 50+ hrs a week.... All I can do is reevaluate what went wrong.... Sleep 10 hrs without a meal in between and just had breakfast before the workout....
Also I feel as though my triceps are behind especially when I hit a front double bi. I go by the mirror not the scale.... So I putting them first as my delts are my strongest body part.... I know the "rule" is bigger parts first but rules are meant to be broken plus I think I'll be ok

We got to have somebody to look up to I guess

Still performing everything as usual... Saving calves for tomorrow to insure there proper beat down
405 x 2 on squats? I'm assuming you can do a lot more.....but you did other workouts prior? if so why?
When I start on squats I have got 455 x4 that has been my best but that was before I even started that first bulker in October. My legs were exhausted after the leg extensions and power squat machine.... You gotta remember how I'm doing these exercises.. I go 3 seconds up on the leg extensions, pause for a second, then slowly back down.... none of that jerking around.... same with my squats... I go slowly down, pause and power it back up.... I'm looking for muscle growth not winning a powerlifting meet..
I'm not looking to squat a whole bunch of weight either... I'm not Ronnie Coleman nor will I ever be... I have begun to take notice how thick my waist becomes from heavy deadlifts and squats... this is for me personally and my goals for the bodybuilding stage... currently about 32 inches on the waist offseason w/ a full six pack.... Seems the current trend on stage is getting away from the mass monsters with huge waists, big blockiness, huge joints, etc.... Luckily I don't have any of that... small waist, joints, V-taper.... I want to keep it that way....
I want my quads to look like they squat a bunch of weight.... ever watch any current pros squat... Watched Evan Centopani get up 495 for 8-10 reps at 310 5'11'' here like a few months ago then Mark Dugdale I think was "only" up to 315-405 in a Week in the Dungeon video..... I saw this one 23 year old kid says he trains for bodybuilding on MD post his 800lb squat... yeah it was really really nice, he almost hit parallel, but his gut was hanging out WAY past his chest.... Thats not going to look to pleasing standing on the stage IMO
I don't know if you plan to hit the stage but those are my goals and I know heavier weight equals bigger muscles and I use this log to help along with that and for references... no point in posting weights I didn't do...

i hear what u are saying bro, i too opt for controlled movments with strict form most of the time as well. i havent maxed out in years. i really concentrate on getting that mind muscle connection that seems to help me feel it more and gets results.....one a side note why anyone would come on your thread and try to get in a pissing contest with you is beyond me..........rock on!
Thats the only way to train as a bodybuilder imo! I thought we all trained this way? I know thats how i train legs, so much more effective slow and pausing especially on the static. Ive done leg extensions just up and down and dont feel much, when i do em like your saying u kill the quads! Nothing like killing your hams and quads then start working out legs. Sure you'll press and squat a lot less weight but you'll be killing the muscles so much more, isn't that what your suppose to do for best muscle growth?
Funny shit, i saw this chick just an average chick on the squat rack with 225lbs. Im like, i gotta see this cus she was just an average build chick. Sure enough, she gets it on her back, goes down 1 maybe 2 inches for 2-3 reps then racks it. What the **** did that do for her? Theres some crazy people in the gym let me tell you bro, CRAZY! Guess thats why they think all our muscles are fake cus we're twice their size and lifting half what they do, haha!
It does seem like a pissing match doesn't it?? Last two times audis came in here to comment it was about how light my weights are and how much more he does......
I wish he'd post a pic........ Numbers are cool on paper but so many times on here when I have compared the physique to the stats its no where near how big and great you'd think it was
This peeps squatting 800 or 545 is cool... Very good and congratulations to them.... Foot stance has A LOT to do with how much you are going to squat.... Mine is only shoulder width not sumo/powerlifter.... I also find it very funny that even with the heavy weight their quad and leg development is no where near a professional level... ie Evan Centopani just sticking to 495 for 8-10 reps in his workout or I bet the kid that i watched squat 800 has leg development no where close to Ronnie who did the same thing...... I continue to watch all kinds of pros that squat and don't do 500+ lbs but yet have insane leg development for the stage....
In bodybuilding don't let the numbers do the talking....
let your physique do the talking.....
audis4, I remember you from a few years back.
Chubby 240lbs with no muscle & shoulders as wide as your waist.... Claiming you DB bench 140's for reps and other crazy numbers. Which your physique no where near showed the capability to do so.
Maybe if you gained 40lbs of muscle in the past 2-3 years I could see you lifting what you claim on here.....
But I highly doubt your physique has changed much, just your lies have got bigger.
Here's the thread from 2006.

Whipping heads as usual Big Truck: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYqxo...eature=related
you mean this thread: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...ghlight=audis4![]()
Chill
Ain't nobody interested in you sumo squatting 5 and 600lbs.
Can't expect to come in people's logs throwing out your heavy numbers and getting into a pissing contest with people about how much better i do this and that without getting poked at....
you did it in this log, my last log, and Morph's last log... touting around how big and bad you were........
don't get mad cause your thread is what is and explains some things....
if you can do all these great numbers and stuff then great.... but your not bodybuilding so quit degrading people about how much more you lift.... i don't care... not everyone has your same goals..... you want to show people how much you lift then start your own log and we'll watch......
now go win your comp......
internet has been spotty....
sorry for the lack of updates
its back together
switching things up....
recovery is throught the roof and I have been doing this HIT for for a while now and its time for me to switch things up
will update the new routine shortly
don't feel i have put on fat since the beginning. following the diet to the T....
maybe like a cheat meal 2 or 3 times a week of either a hamburger, sushi, fried chicken or something of that nature... no sweet tooth whatsoever
the tren is amazing and the stuff if does to me...
haven't had ANY unexpected problems... ance, insomnia, and night sweats on the occasion for some odd reason
