    NO, put the gear away in a cool dark place and don't look at it again until we say you are ready. better yet sale it

    You will be able to find more when your ready

    No need to be tempted by having it or more around you

    alright. I have test and deca, but am only going use test for my first cycle. What else maybe a good choice of gear? And where may I find nolvadex?

    I can resist the urge, but I have looked for gear in the past and have never been able to get ahold of it.

    you will have no trouble finding what you need for PCT when its time, but continuing to ask about what to get for your cycle is gonna lead us to believe that you are going to start your cycle

    better questions would be to put a diet together and ask us about that for now.

    BUT, if you are gonna disregard all of our advice, then at least be honest when you do start so we can help you when things go bad

    alright, I will relax with what I have. And I read the "basic bulking diet" should I try to base mine of that or just list what I eat tommorrow to you guys and let you critique it?

    just let us see your normal days food intake and we can tweek it for you so we can see what is good and bad about what you got going on now.

    I understand you have worked hard. I believe you. But, If you are mid-20's in BF% then theres something wrong with your diet. So maybe working a little harder on your diet will definately shed the BF%.

    I was also in the 20'sof BF% when i first CONSIDERED USE of AAS. Alone with gettin my diet done to a science, and good cardio i easily lowered it to 13%. It can happen, and will happen if you take it serious enough.

    My diet today was: Raisin toast with butter, yogurt, a bannana, a muffin and redbull for breakfast. or lunch I had a ham and cheese sandwich with mayo, propel, 6 pringles and two cookies. Dinner will most likely be pasta.

    2months of lifting, cardio and diet..you could easily get down to 14 or 15 percent

    I am just trying to get up all the knowledge I can about this stuff. I am not starting my cycle, just trying to find out what COULD happen. And it isnt much of a diet, but I listed it for critiquing. Is anybody willing to help?

    No I am not going too. Don't get me wrong I am eager, but I want to do it right. I was just curious as to what side effects would happen now versus if I waited. But diet help would be greatly appreciated, where do I start?

    Possible side effects with you starting now, with you BF% you will be at a MUCH HIGHER risk for high bp, you will be at a MUCH HIGHER risk for cholesterol problems. ITS NOT WORTH IT. you think your going to start this cylce now and look good for the summer? i gurantee with that diet, and your BF% you will look worse and along the way get a bunch of unwanted side effects. This WILL happen, and its totally not worth it. Just try to think of hard diet and cardio as Steroids. Think everytime you eat a chicken breast there is Testosterone injected into it. IDK but its not worth it to start now.

    And also, I would be more than happy to take that test and deca off your hands while you train and diet!!

    Heres a little motivation for you. I went from %25 bf to %11bf in 4 months. NATURALLY too. Not even protein shakes (not that its bad but i just opted to get my proteins from food). So yes, cardio/weights/diet is that way to go.
