My weight is staying at roughly 243, which is 10 lbs heavier. I got up to 249 on the dbol. I will measure my arms, legs and chest later on today or tomorrow. I am going off of 3 hours of sleep now, so I may skip the gym today and go home to sleep. I am working from midnight until 8am. I have not noticed any fat loss yet. I thought I noticed some, but I still feel bloated. I stopped taking the Nolva and my weight has started to go back up. Strength is going up.... but it increased much faster on a 3 week prohormone cycle.
My chest and tri workout showed no improvement. I have been at 315 x 8 on BB bench for over 2 weeks now. I am almost on week 8 of my cycle. What the hell is going on? I eat a shitload, and sleep all day when I can. I am starting to think that my gear is severely underdosed, or bunk. Thinking of abandoning the cycle so I can try again sooner
if your bodyweight hasnt gone up and is staying at 243 then ur probably not eating enough
might be time to up the calories
I am trying to get in as many as possible. I am much more interested in gaining strength than weight. I will try to eat more. I will try to eat until puke. Somebody told me that week nine is usually the best. If my lifts don't go up during week 9 then I am going to start PCT right away. Thanks for your input brother- I will eat more. I am trying to get the same results that you did!

if you weight stabalised then you need to up your calories, dont worry abotu fat gains, i always found that water retention is easily mistaken as fat gains
most people when they come out of a cycle and drop their water weight realise they come out bigger and leaner
just up those cals by 200-300 and see how you go, and try some new exercises and workout routine, i always change mine while im on cycle, maybe u should to to give your body soemthing different so help those gains coming along
if your finding ur recovery abilities are weaking then ur prob need more cals, if your recovery abilites are great then i suggest changing up your workout to get u growing again

I'm with ranging and okinawa, you gotta up the calories. As you know the gains from test start to decrease after 8 weeks, you can't expect to move up like you did in the beginning... You'll be fine, just eat more and hit those weights with a vengeance!
Alright thanks guys... I will keep it up. I appreciate the encouragement. Even if this cycle isn't as impressive as I thought it would be- it will still be a learning experience. Besides... nobody likes a quitter right?!

I'm in your boat brother, next cycle will def. be 750mg weekly. That said, you've clearly made gains on this cycle bro. For one, your diet was garbage at the start. Had it been in check from the beginning, you'd have seen more thus far. Also, you're a pretty big/strong dude with or without gear; you're not gonna move up as fast as a kid who's looking to go from 1 to 2 plates on flat bench. Eat a lot of EFA's too.
New picture. I stepped on the scale today, and weighed in at 252. That is a 20lb weight gain. I used a sliding weight scale. No more digital scales for me anymore. Just took this picture. I think I look about 20lbs heavier. I still have about 6 more weeks to go. I am also starting Tbol in 2 weeks. I can't wait to see what I look like once I lose the bloat!

Damien i'm with you bro, it is hard as hell to move from 405 to 415, those extra 10lbs feel like an extra 100lbs!!!! It is crazy how 10lbs will throw off your whole bench!!!! With BK hitting 315 x 8 that is really great. That means his 1RM would be 395 and I bet he could hit 405 if he really really tried!!!! 4 plates is nothing to shrug about....There are guys in my gym that are huge and they only bench 350-375!!!!!!! They see me and they are like WTF!!!!! Benching is more about technique then brute strength!!!!!! I think I have the technique down now so once I start my cycle I am looking to advance to the 435-440lb range!!!!!! We shall see........

No I didn't gain 20lbs in 3 days lol. I used a scale at the hospital. I decided to just try it. EVERY scale at my gym is off by about 15lbs. Koreans run my gym, and they don't give a shit about the equipment. Two scales that are side by side give completely different weight readings. So when my wife and I went in for her pregnance checkup, I stepped up on the scale. This means that I never got an accurate start weight. Who knows, I could have started at 240 or so.
I have shoulders today at the gym. I am going to go for 225lbs on shoulder press. I will go for 5 reps.
I just erased all of the progress pics. I will take different ones in the same pose as my start pictures, and edit my face out lol.
But yeah- I did expect too much. Especially on the BB Benchpress. I got to 315 x 8 on my 3 week Spawn cycle. Then 2 months after the cycle I went back down to 315 x 2. I basically lost all strength gains. Now I am as strong as I was on the prohormone cycle. Maybe when I start the Tbol in 2 weeks my strength will go up.

Yeah last shoulder day I got 205 x 6 on BB overhead press. Before cycle I could only do 135 x 8. So far I have seen the most progress in shoulders. Maybe because it is my favorite bodypart to lift. I will load up 225lbs and see what I can do with it. I will have to do it on the Smith Machine though. The gym removed the Shoulder Press station. I guess that not enough people were using it. If for some reason the Smith Machine is taken today, I will attempt to do the shoulder presses with 95lb dumbells. Most I have done so far were 85s for 8 reps.
I got 225 x 5, then 225 x 3, then 205 x 6 on BB Overhead Press. Well, if the Smith machine counts. Great workout today. Saw all kinds of improvements. About to go home and get some sleep
Anything beyond 1 plate per side and less than 8 reps should be done on the smith machine imo. The take-off and final rep can be really hard on the rotator cuff otherwise.
You measure the weight by adding plates. I added two 45lb plates to each side of the barbell. There is no shoulder press station in my gym anymore. It was removed. I have a Smith Machine with an adjustable bench, and a Nautilus Shoulder Press Machine(ehich I never use)

Well, today I got 315 x 9 on BB bench. So I added one rep. I could have done another, but didn't. My arm started shaking on the ninth rep. Also repping more weight on BB incline. All lifts increased today. Feelin good
Well, it is just over 2 weeks later- figured I would update.
Weight is up to 258lbs. Definately feeling bloated. Cardio is suffering slightly. I started the Tbol today. I have about 30 more days until I start PCT. If my gains start coming heavier in the next week or so, I may extend the cycle for a few more weeks. Anyway, had a SHITTY week. I ended up taking my mom out for drinks. Figured that a few mojitos would not hurt. Well, a few turned into a lot. I spent the next day just trying to rehydrate and force down calories. I have bis and back tomorrow. I will try to se a PR on deadlift. I wish I would have stuck to cardio during this cycle, because I will probally go into PCT at an unhealthy 265lbs.
Test is a serious mass builder. Hope this Tbol helps to harden me up a bit when I blast the cardio for 4 weeks eod. Oh, and about the Tbol.... I decided to run 50mg ed instead of 70mg ed. I will have extra Tbol, whih I will probally just discard
About 4-5 more weeks until PCT. I had to stop taking Tbol after 5 days because I was getting horrific heartburn. Well, I have not grown too much, but my strength really increased. I gained an inch on my chest (now 47 inches), and 1/4 inch on my biceps (now 18.25 inches). Weight is fluctuating in the mid 250s (from 232). So far this cycle was a great learning experience. Loving the libido from test, but not looking forward to pct....![]()

I was going to take Tbol at the end, that way I could continue to have an anabolic agent in my system while I wait for the testosterone enanthate to dwindle down. The half-life of Tbol is short enough to take PCT the day after. That way I could hold onto my strength gains for the 18 days prior to PCT
