    overtraining sucks..and it's hard to stop.

    i've been getting huge changes in size by cutting back to every other day...of course i up the intensity on on days.

    Tren is kicking in, considering I almost have a hard time to not get piss after myself, love this feeling, all lifts have increased but my weight seems to not be going up.

    also starting to do heavy negatives, where I need a spot to lift up the weights, also drop setting 80% of the stuff, to make my muscles burn like crazy, I can't stand not being sore post-workout so I'm gonna kill them and make sure they are sore next day.

    its more like 2 compounds, dbol was just a kickstart, meaning it was the only thing working when I took it, the only time there is 2 active compound in my body, is the last 3 weeks of my cycle. and I'm 27.

    My weight has been stuck at 208 forever now... I'm hoping the tren gives it one final kick to get to 215-220, because I'm sinking down more food,

    well all my lifts have gone up, so it is giving me a final kick, and diet dosen't do anything, its on par, I can't refine my diet if I follow it to a T.

    and I already tryed dbol, so test and tren was the only 2 new compounds, and I dislike test, but my gf loves it? tren has more of a aggressive feature to it, which I like.

    which is why from now on I'll incorperate tren on the rest of my cycles.

    feb 11 50 shoulders still,
    arms are 15 1/2 non-flexed / 16 1/2 flexed,
    chest is 39 but he had me put my arms over my head which I think killed purpose of that measurement.
    waist 34 1 1/5 increase.. ewww
    legs 25 1/2
    calves 15 1/2

    feb 17
    shoulders 51
    arms 16.5-16.5
    chest 41 3/4
    waist 36
    hips 44 1/4
    legs 26 - 25 3/4
    weight 206-208, 17.3% bf on handheld

    i think 17% bf is quite high to run cycle but lets hope for the best

    A few things, what does your diet look like? Like what exactly do you eat in a day?

    Also I am 6' 207lbs and about 18% BF but I am ALOT bigger than you. Not saying you arent 207lbs but you look like a very small 207lbs

    Id say you are around 12% BF and if I was 207lbs at 12% I would be pretty damn big.

    Starts off with
    6am 8 eggs white - cup of oatmeal - banana - kiwi
    8am 600g weight gainer
    9:45am - full plate of pasta / lean beef
    12:00pm - small sub - double meat, (whatever I feel like)
    1:30pm weight gainer
    3:00pm Steak/ vegetables
    5:00pm peanut butter sandwich(load up with pb) + banana
    7:00pm 8 eggs white - cup of oatmeal - banana - kiwi
    8:30pm weight gainer
    9:15-30pm full plate of pasta / lean beef
    11:00pm can of tuna + potato
    1-2am peanut butter sandwhich
    4am protein shake + kiwi

    *I get waken up during the night to eat, that's how high my metabolism is.. currently* (weight gainers are post-workout / its 25-30 min to get home to eat so I sink it gets my insulin spiking)

    How many cals and whats the break down of all of that?

    What weight gainer are you taking and why so much of it? It looks like by what you are eating that you should be fine on gaining weight?

    You must be a true hard gainer eh? lol

    yeah the definition of true hard gainer, I eat around 7-9k of calories minimum.. I can't really break it down, its around 600 per meal maybe a little more...

    and the weight gainer is just to get some proteins and carbs in me post-workout as quickly as possible, and its very easy to sink down.

    You're eating 7-9k cals a day?
    Jesus, I dont think I could digest even 5k a day unless I was walking from 8am to midnight lol

    yeah good thread mate doesnt look like u get any side effects u must be luck was gonna ask though can u get ur g/f to take some photos with good lighting and and from a decent distance so we can get a good look are u sure ur only 5,11 and not taller coz u look thin mate for that weight

    Chest day, My negative sets went up by 45 pounds each arm, on the incline machine, and also my bench went up by 25 pounds each arm, don't know if it was overtraining or if the tren just kicked in harder, whichever they case is, amazing chest workout today.

    I'm also gonna re-add N.O, creatine,glutamines, to the diet just to get that extra push till the end of the cycle see if I can reach 220+ with /water or whatever else.

    ~ 3 more weeks to go RAWR!

    I droped my workouts once a day, because my negatives have me being sore for 2-3 days post-workout so I can't really train twice a day anymore, and also I sometimes take breaks in between because I feel like drained/dead some days not sure if its due to the harder workouts,

    most workouts I do now are done with negatives to begin with, 3 exercises after, with the last one being a 7 set, 10 reps.

    Sad day training biceps lol, after doing ez bar curls, machine curl, hammer cable curls, I decided to do 21's, and I wasn't even able to complete the 21's with 60lbs barbell lol.. when doing the full extension part, I could only do 3-4 reps out of 7.

    I guess I know where I need to work on next time , other then that amazing pumps

    dude your eating a shit ton haha i eat 5-7 times a day right now but im not taking the juice....yet im only 20 and wanna wait a few years. But I am currently going to the gym 5 days a week, should i be weary of overtraining. I have never really gone less then 4 times a week the past month and wouldnt want to, I love the gym and if it wasnt all this talk about overtraining going on id be there twice a day 3 hours ea cause it is fun, but instead ive been going once a day doing weights for 1.5 hours then 20 min cardo. I am 6'2 205 and dont eat that much, should i?

    There is some misconception on overtraining to be honest, most people here said I wouldn't gain by doing it, yet I gained 30 pounds, but you need to take breaks every once in awhiled your body dictates on how much he can take,

    put it this way farmer ect... have been doing heavy duty work all there life, there is no "I wanna take off today" they just keep going at it, but they grow to a certain point then stop, (this is where they would need to switch up there training) because they hit there plateau, they don't, so they stay the same size.

    but we have the option to drop our workout go from lower to higher reps ect.. to pass these plateaus, to be honest I don't think training pretty hard month or 2 is bad for you, it got me way stronguer then I was.

    but if your doing a 5 ways split, I would probably only train 1 group of muscles per day and it should only take you 45 min to do you workout and 20-30 min of cardio post-workout.

    I was doing 3 exercise per muscles 4 sets each of 2-10 reps this wasn't making me sore when I was on AAS,

    now I switched it up to doing negative sets 6 reps for starters then doing 3 exercise 10 reps each post this, then finishing off with a 7 set 10-12 rep exercise, and this has me sore for 2-3 days post-workout which I can't do 2 sessions per day anymore.

    but like I said your body will tell you if he can take it or not, if your weight drops below a previous session, then it means its tired and you should leave and not even lift weights because its not worth it.

    Leg day, dirrr.. amazing workout, did 8 reps of 900lbs on leg press 5 sets, then went to squat, did 6x45/2x25, for 5 reps 3 sets. then did hamstring + quads machines supersets just to make my legs feel like they were on fire. !

    rawr... last night work out on legs was amazing, lost alot of money in poker, then decided to put my rage in the weight room..
    8 repping 1200 on leg press 4 times, then went on to rep 6x45/2x35 on squats 4 reps x 2 <--- legs were shaking didn't wanna go for more.. then supersetted the hamstring/quads machine x3, then went to do lunges with 60lbs db's 8 reps 3 times.

    now today I feel like i've been shot in the legs, they don't wanna move lol.. awsome feeling

    stopping tren today also, 1 weeks to go then off the gear.

    Wasn't feeling amazing yesterday, all my muscles ached, and I had a migraine, after taking 2 aleve or wutever its called it stopped, don't know if it was from tren withdrawal, hope it was.

    today back training, my strenght is still going up, machine pull down are at 300lbs, pull up 10 with 25 pounds under, and dumbell rows 80lbs, amazing workouts still.

    7 days to go, then I wont be a pain cushion anymore, getting tired of injecting expecially the tren, glute injections aren't too bad, but I got to inject like 6-8 times in my quads because I either hit a vein, or a nerve, or the needle dosen't wanna go through the muscles, I think next time I go on tren, I'll avoid injecting in quads, and just go for triceps/biceps/calves/delts

    haven't posted in awhiled, starting my pct in 2 days, my strenght is still up there, motivation has decreased.

    Weight still around 204-208, didn't lose any weight do to water retention during the 2 weeks post-injection,

    I might decide to post more picture, but I'm about same size as my last photos, might be a bit bigger, or I might wait till pct is done and post pictures to see if I actually lost something during my pct. ~

    dirr... will get blood work done pretty shortly also to find out where my test is at, I think its back on track, not shooting blanks anymore, and sex drive is still up there.

    you got a good base for upper body gains. be sure to get enough rest between workouts it is also part of your cycle. so plan it as you would your workout routine. but all in all you should get great gains so good luck bro.

    Yeah man you look lean but no where near 205. Also I dont see much of a difference in your first sit of pictures to the ones you posted most recently. I aint trying to bach just letting you know. But you need to hit your chest bro cause it seems as if its lacking some size. But you do look lean.

    the scale says 205, I'm not gonna sit down and discuss my weight, I measure it every day with accurate scales, and I got 0 water retention.

    I'm stronguer then most people at the gym, I'm just not huge, what can I say... most people say I'm more then 210+, I guess you can't really dictate from pictures...

    on first picture I was on Dbol with alot of water retention(6-8 pounds), on seconds picture I got no water retention and I'm on test-E only.

    and I didn't take a pre-cycle picture or you would see the difference was pretty big.. just didn't waste time taking pictures.. sadly.

    these are my stats at 165..

    arms 13 1/2
    chest 34
    waist 39
    legs 20
    calves 14

    and it went up to 51 shoulders
    16.5 arms
    chest 42
    waist 36
    legs 26
    calves 16

    and the second stats were at 205-208. big difference from a 2 years span.

    also my strenght has increase soo much that I'm not even gonna put the end results because you wont even believe it so.. I'll just say its pretty good.
