    Just about to head into the gym, got chest and Triceps today, will be widening my grip on chest from an 18" span to 24", i know my strength will drop, but i think my grip is way to close for heavier lifts.

    I got one more week of this cut. I'm loving the results so far, but It's time to bulk up again, I've lost too much weight for my liking.

    Next Blast cycle I'm planning:

    Test Prop (homebrew) :700mg/week
    Tren Ace (homebrew): 700mg/week
    Dbol/Adrol combo : 100/100 ED - 4 weeks.

    Total cycle 8 weeks. Then another 4 week cruise.

    Goal: Lean bulk, calories around 4500 and i will adjust it from there depending on how things go. That's low compared to the 5500-6500 i usually eat, but again it's just my starting calories. I will still keep my 60/30/10 macro goals and see how i go.

    How much does everyone here bloat whilst on either anabol, dianabol or both? With an AI (adex 0.5mg/ED) being used, keep in mind.

    Rosie, theres a lot of fvkcen words in this thread and that makes it hard for me to understand... I need pictures. I dont care what anybody says, nobody buys playboy for the articles.

    Thanks guys, and sorry for the late update, my life has seriously gone to shits recently. I barely find time to come on here.

    Yup i will be cruising from now on for as long as i can.

    Great work rose. I'm really suprised u lost that much muscle mass whilst using anabolics..
    Good work overall but 3.5kg of fat in 4 weeks is awesome.

    Question on your cruising. Are u not worried bout your long term natural test or sperm count or anything?

    Final notes:

    At the end of this cycle i felt weak, my lifts went down slightly... some much more so. This pissed me off the most because i am a strength athlete and loosing power to move heavy weights shits me. It is ok but because i plan on a big bulk coming up now, well actually i am a week in.

    I lost 1.7kg of LBM, which seems like a lot, and even though i still look muscular and toned, many people have commented on how much i have slimmed down... which isn't a good thing in my book. But its all good, this is how the world works, bulk cut bulk cut. Now i am looking forward to my bulk. 3.5Kg of Fat Mass loss is a good thing though, so i am happy.

    Tembe, i just realistic my error, i put the wrong weight into the calculator, because i had it written down on a peice of paper, with numbers everywhere, so i got confused. i though 108 was my weight, when it was actually 10.8, one my of caliper results. Its fixed now. LBM loss is 1.7kg. Which is about right.

    I am not worried about long term suppression of my natural test as i know i will be on TRT in the next few years due to very low natural t count. ( less than 10.6 nmol/L ). I am worried about my sperm count and will see a docter soon about hCG treatment and possibly freezing some sperm.

    Ah k. That's more like it. I think a bit of that will b reduced glycogen in yournmuscles as well. Once u increase calories u will fill up more.

    Yeh I'd love to cruise but the sperm problem scares me as well. Let me know when you see an endo and which one u go to cos id love to see him as well depending on ur results with him as we r both in Sydney.

    Yeh, it is more like it. Remember i also ran T3 at 100mcg/day, which is notorious for stripping LBM. Not to mention i did 1 hour of weights, 1 hour of MMA training and 1 hour of BJJ almost/if not daily. There goes at least 1500 calories. Next time i will know to cut at 3000 calories and see how that works.

    I am 1 week into my bulking cycle, i plan to hit 120-125 before my fights in Thailand in December.

    i deff will keep you updated on whats happening.

    Nice to see this thread finally updated very good results man, good job. im also in the process of freezing sperm, not sure if they will let me, im not sure they wouldnt because im paying them haha.

    Lol cutting at 3000 calories. That's awesome.

    Yeh that's alot of exercise daily mixed with t3 and clen lol. Good results in such short period. Wondering if u ever considered dnp?

    ive heard that using hcg every 4th week of a long cycle can aid in the recovery so that the 'boys' never go away

    so 5000iu shot at 1000iu a day for 5 days every 4 weeks.. thats what is recommended by a few pros on other boards when ppl are on constantly..but yeh

    id love to see what the endo says

    Yeh it is ay, . I think this taught me not to go below 2500ish for a cut because o loose a lot of LBM. But i would blame it on the T3 and too much exercise tbh.

    I have, but yet to get my hands on some.

    My last blast was to be 100 drol 100 dbol, but it ended up being neither. I stopped them. It was just test and tren. This bulk will be 100 dbol, 50 drol, along with 150mg test p.

    Yup, thats why i want to see what the endo says. But im so busy/lazy that i dont know when i will make my appointment.

    Yup i cruise on prop ED injections. After 6 months though, i think its time to change to a longer ester, lol.

    Yeh u need a referral to see an endo as well I think because they are
    A specialist Which means a trip to the gp as well haha.
