Weight today is 172.2
i am going to be low carb for awhile. Carbs Will be consumed morning, pre and post workout.
I Will consume approx 260g protein, 101g carbs and 60g fats. This is about 1950 calories. Think this is a good starting point for me!
I Will also be taking a multi, vitamin c and b complex.
Will consume creatine immediately pwo and my shake approx twenty minutes later.
Workout tonight is chest and back. I plan to kill it..
At the minute cardio is 3-4 days a week soccer training. I may add 20 minutes pwo depending on my progress.
