Fedski, nice work mate, I saw this a few months ago and downloaded it then but my computer crashed aswell.

Do you mind if a friend of mine from another board uses it? I hope you are okay with that!!

    Very nice.

Im guessing that the most current version is in the initial post. Could you add GH, slin, primo, nolva and adex?

Yes, most current version is in the initial post. I haven't got around to updating it yet - got a baby on the way and very, very busy.

You may have worked this out already but the Cycle Planner caters for most of the things you've suggested. Just use the clear button to wipe out the EXAMPLE data and start again. I have used the planner to map out my Nolva and Proviron usage. You can enter just about any cycle component into the component columns.

If there is a cycle component that the planner doesn't cater for, then please let me know what it is and why the planner won't accept it.

I agree...it has come in handy a few times for me and I am sure many more in the future.

Hey Fed are you still planning on putting together that training planner you where talking about about a year ago?

If you have a copy or started something I wouldn't mind seeing what it looks like thus far.

It's probably due to incorrect file associations. Reinstall your copy of Office and/or Excel and that should sort it!

Fedski, I am really interested in using your cycle planner, but when i chose to disable macros it says there is one that cannot be disabled because it is a XLM macro. Maybe in Version 4.0 you can change this. I would love to use it. But i do not allow macros from people i do not know.

    logging science, no guessing, digiheaven

Wow i now have cycle planner 3.7 to keep track of my gear, it rocks, good job to the exel guru fedski. lord knows how many hours i have spent trying to make somthing remotley as good as cycle planner, i have not the patience or skill, im more hardware guy. for those of you wanting to keep track of your diet and workouts, try inovative logics crosstrainer 5, it is shareware but you can aquire a keygen easily, i have been useing it for 3 weeks now and it vastly improved my dieting skills, it also keeps track of calories taken in calories burned, workouts done, intensity, one rep max, bodyfat% and the list goes on. im in digi heaven thanks to you fedski exel guru. i don't know how i ever managed before. between forums like this and software like cycle planner you cant lose.

The way it is right now, its still an awesome and helpful piece of work on your part. Its much better than some Excercise related planners that people out there are actually trying to SELL.

    L8 and thanks

The excel file should be compatible with mac, as long as you dont have something tooo ancient, hardware and software wise that is.
