Try training in your garage for 4 years and get zero exposure? I didn't find a source until I went to Vegas and looked better than anyone else at the pool and by accident I got approached and out of the blue I had the dream connection! Get big naturally and people will begin to notice you! You won't even have to ask at that point people will be asking you!

Its a city job and they are getting paid minimum wage lol. As to the people who work out at my gym. Majority is skinny 16 year olds who think there jacked and old people lol.

I used to have the same problem, I trained at a pretty lame gym. I was by far the biggest dude there, then I switched.. Realized I didn't know nearly as much as I thought I did, and trained with guys who knew what they were doing. Soon enough you would build a bond with them, and you'll get your info.
There is another gym 5 minutes away but the prices are retarded. It not a good environment. And I my training partner wouldn't move there since he's the cheapest mofo lolll. I went there for 3 months and I get day passes when my gym is closed on holidays.

I feel equipment wise my current gym is better. Although the dumbbells only go up to 100 lbs that can be a problem sometimes.

Posted this in the workout section but seems pretty dead there.

Hit a big plateau. Its been a while. I'm stuck. My goal is to gain strength and mass. I don't wanna cut yet because I feel there is a lot of improvements to be made and strength to be gained. I'm probably at around 18% BF. Would like to gain more mass but also try to keep the BF gains as low as possible. Here's my current routine.

    Monday: CHEST

Flat Bench Pyramid 12,10,8,6 (sometimes go for a 1rm) or 3x6-8
    Incline Dumbbells Press 3x8
    Incline Dumbbell Flies 3x10

    Tuesday: BACK

Bent Over Barbell Rows 3x8 or T-Bar rows 3x8
    Lat Pull downs 3x8
    Seated Rows 3x8
    Dumbbell Rows 3x8

    Wednesday: REST

    Thursday: ARMS

    CGPB 3x8
Seated Overhead Dumbbell Extensions 3x8 or Pull Over Press 3x8

Seated Military Press 3x8 or Seated Dumbbell Shoulder press 3x8
    Lateral Raises 3x10
    Front Raises 3x10

    Standing EZ bar curls 3x8
    Preacher Curls 3x8

    Friday: LEGS

Squats & Deadlifts. Reps & Sets depending how I feel. I usually stay 5-6 reps for these. Or do pyramids.

    Saturday & Sunday: REST

My nutrition looks like this most of the time.

    Breakfast

(around 9:30-10:15 am) Oatmeal, 2 slices WH bread with natty pb, protein shake

(11 am or 11:30 am to 12:15 or 12:30 pm) Gym 30-90 mins after ( depending on when I wake up)

Post workout : Protein shake and some fruit (pineapple, strawberries, apples depending what there is)

(1:00 or 1:30 pm)Lunch: Tuna, brown rice, broccoli

( 7:45 or 8:30 depending when I'm on break at work) Dinner: grilled chicken breast, brown rice, broccoli

(midnight or 1 am) 30-60 mins before bed: Protein shake

Now I'm wanting to fix that and have about 6-7 meals a day. I guess I need better time management or something. I work Monday-Friday 5:30 pm -10:30 pm. leave for work around 3 pm and get home midnight. I'm going to be going to costco as soon as my friend hooks me up with a free membership which will be probably this week. I plan on getting sweet potatoes, steak, and more chicken breast. Reason why I couldn't eat as much before was because where I shop 4 pieces of chicken breast = 20$ and at costco 13= 20$. I'm going to be 100% dedicated to a new routine and meal plan. I just need a little bit of help creating it. thanks. Also I never did gear but I plan on doing Test E whenever I can get my hands on it.

Hold off a few years before you start, you're too young... and do yourself a favor and don't go asking people at the gym where they get theirs because unless they have a prescription you better believe they are not getting it at Walgreens. Even if you were to find a guy at the gym that is willing to get it for you, where do you think they are getting it from. Fact is, most aas is sold online not in back alleys. Do your research, there are enough legit source boards out there where it shouldn't take you very long to find one.

But again... WAIT until you're a little older.

Whenever you do decide to start a cycle you need to knock back a lot more calories. You can put on a lot more size naturally if you were to eat more, especially at your age! eat eat eat eat...

if you are over 30 chances are you have low test. Just google and a number of Doctors from all over the country will give you Parma grade test cyp and that would be a good cycle. For the UG stuff google works out just fine as well.

That's still a little low man as far as calories. How do you feel about the size you are currently gaining with that diet? If results are coming in slow you need to keep adding food. Just to give you an idea, Im taking in about anywhere from 5500-6500 calories a day. Yes this is on gear but I know guys that do this naturally. You kind of have to play it by ear because everyone's metabolism is different. You have to gauge your fat/carb/protein intake depending on your body is doing. Keep adding to your diet until you reach that sweet spot where you are growing at a good pace but still not getting fat.

The most expensive part of any cycle whether on AAS or natural is the food.

Anything more then 4k calories and I will just be gaining fat. I find 3k-3.5k is the best I guess.

Got a day pass today at the other gym. Seen one guy def on gear. Didn't get a chance to talk to him. I wasn't going to bring up gear anways if I did talk to him.

If I were to get 3 months at that gym I doubt I would still be able to get a connect. Its a pretty big gym and everyone keeps to themselves. My current gym is small and everyone talks but there are a lot less people.

Dont b in such a hurry 2 mak "a connect", assuming ur gona b smart about this & not cycle for @ least 4 mor years, that means u hav PLENTY of time 2 get 2 know every1 & slowly but surly land a reliable source. Concentrate on PROPER training & diet 4 now, the gear will usually land in ur lap after u gain the trust.

I know but I really don't feel like getting a membership there not only is the price crazy the environment sucks. I get way better workouts at my current gym. 3 months at my current gym is 80$ and 3 months there is 240$ lol.
