    First one was 3 months @ 190 ago second one was just now @ 202
    I see a huge difference in my delts and traps and a little less belly fat
    I think my chest has improved as well.

    Ill update my gh thread.
    I really starting to get strong again, when I stated t4 it hampered my strength for about 4 weeks but I got it back now.

    Finally getting somewhere, traps and arms have exploded, feeling a lot more solid as well. my biceps are rock hard, very different than usual.

    Calves are looking good, bro! what are you doing for them and how often do you train them? I'm sure it's listed above - but what is your GH protocol? When & where do you inject? I've been doing 2 in the am and 2 in the pm and I'm getting tired of the bruises in my bellyfat. (I'm loosing belly fat so maybe time to move over to the lovehandles...)

    Pin IM if you want to get rid of those bruises, hell pin in your calves lol, but I pin in the morning in the belly or in the left quad and go back to sleep.

    Did u read my upcoming cycle?
    It's also hard to gain weight when your dealing with Gyno and running all the meds I have been taking to get rid of it
    I'm just lucky it's going away and I didn't lose any size or strength
