    ive had some friends lose big amounts of weight too with the lose skin issue, your going to want to retain and build as much muscle as possible now while still burning fat slowly, congradulations on the loss.

    first day of IF. loved it. got tons of food in me around my gym time felt it for sure all lifts up

    on a side note just noticed i have flying squirrel lats with my loose skin, it irritates me more than the fat.
