i meant 1 year with roids, from what i understand roids can get you 3-5 years of hard natural dedicated bodybuilding all in 1 year. crazy results if done correctly.

even with roids your not doing that. You would have to put on a good amount of muscle, then cut all the fat. that takes time. Even with abusing steroids for a year straight, its not going to happen.
You dont get it your body has to adapt also to the extra weight.

i was wrestling at 119-125 back then, prob 10% bf
i'm 198 and prob 14% now. Getting fat since i hurt my neck lol. Hopefully can start training next week
i got to 165-170 before starting gear
