Hell, maybe your there already...
At the moment im bulking, on my 4th week of sustonon, I plan to continue bulking until my cycle finishes (so another 8 week's plus pct) then I plan to cut, where my aim will be to get to 6 to 7% bf

I am happy with my training.

Too many weird smiley faces in this thread OP.

    Need to relax with them.

As for your routine, I'd personally change it.

There is one reason i like to take a little time off from time to time is to just let my tendons have a break (no pun intended). The older you get, the more fragile they become, and sometimes a healing rest is a good thing. I may redact this comment later on if this TB500 proves itself to me.

As opposed to switching to cutting mid cycle? I'm a newb myself, but I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say you might want to do more research on diet and training before you start messing with aas.

    Thats ridiculous.

Not nearly enough time to make any drastic changes.

What are you talking about? The guy asked me what my target was in regards to gains long term. I explained my plan of action. I don't understand what you are getting at? Admittedly you are a noob so I will dismiss your uneducated opinion.

Admittedly you are a noob as well, so using your logic that would also make you "uneducated." Which from your posts thus far would prove to be am accurate statement. I will waste no more time on your posts.

Im not a noob to training I've been training on and off for 14 years. When I was a teenager I was very fat 17 stone (obese) I got down from 17 stone to 12 in the space of a year, I've been all different shapes and sizes since, I've been big to where I am now. I am very experience when it come to training. On the subject of steroids on the other hand no I am a noob.

You know I never comment on something I know nothing about!
