It takes quite a while to build up scare tissue in the quads though. I think I pinned them exclusively for 2 years weekly and sometimes 2x a week due to HRT before I started having problems. I was afraid of shoulders until I started the TB-500 so now they are a good option for me also and of course the glutes every now and again.

I orderd some ldex on Friday but I haven't recieved a confirmation email yet is this normal? Or should I b worried?

Yes, the pip the next day from going into the quads can be crippling! Part will be because of virgin muscles and some will also have to do with how steady your hand was. If your hand was shakey going in, then that will definatly contribute to pain tomorrow. It may even hurt tomorrow and get progressively worse going into the next day, but good news is it will not last much longer then that. It think weve all gone through it first handfulll of pins... you'll ge ok brother, just gotta suck it up

Only a vit b complex orally although I'm thinking about it after reading the threads and hearing about the results
