I have been doing band therapy again after reinjuring mine (I never had surgery so I have reinjured it probably 3 times and probably should get it). Anyway I went from don't want to move my arm to almost every angle feels fine doing these 2-3 days a week. From my experiences with it the therapy is crucial. Mine does not want to get much better on its own compared to when I do the stretches and exercises.
