    I have been doing band therapy again after reinjuring mine (I never had surgery so I have reinjured it probably 3 times and probably should get it). Anyway I went from don't want to move my arm to almost every angle feels fine doing these 2-3 days a week. From my experiences with it the therapy is crucial. Mine does not want to get much better on its own compared to when I do the stretches and exercises.

    Everyone says the therapy is most important for recovery. I will even get up at 345 when I go back to work to squeeze in one session b4 I leave. I hate waking up that early!

    Yeah, 3:45 would suck! BUT... better to do it then to risk not recovering properly. Hope you're feeling OK!
