    i dont care specifically the macros for each item, it makes this all jumbled and hard to read. here i fixed it so it looks better now. i think if u make the couple changes uw ill be good for now, i basically swapped a few carbs for protein to put u closer to ur goal macros.

    Dropping the peanuts puts me way low on the fat level will that be a problem

    yeh my mistake i confused ur protein amount (14g) with fat amount (28g) on peanuts. cut the peanut amount in half and move it to ur last meal.. this will offset the additional fat u will pick up with the extra 1/2 pound of meat.. (plus u were a tad high on fats anyways)

    Yes sir now let's discuss my workout routine. I do a 3 day split taking off sat and Sun. Monday chest/tri,Tuesday back/bi's, Wednesday legs abs, Thursday start over chest/tri and so on so in one week I am working some body parts twice a week. Now it's a rolling 3 day split so what ever o only did once that week I'll pick back up on Monday and it will get done twice that week. As stated before I have switched to doing 20 min hiit cardio 5 days a week. Let me know what would be good for me to do as far as workouts as you stated before I may only want to hit the weights 3 days a week right now.

    I'm down to 188 this morning so I am defiantly making progress I can see a difference in my mid section and love handles.

    Just an update I'm down to 185 defiantly starting to get more vascular and my stomach is trimming up love handles are still there so I'll stay on course. Any exercises I can do to work the love handles?

    Nothing much man defiantly cutting down still at 185 had a good weekend ate clean so I should drop down to 183 or so this week if I stay on track.

    not logging since 5/20 is not a good way to maintain progress IMO. will logging keep the fat coming off? NO.. but it will help u stay focused and accountable. right now we have no idea what u have been doing because u havent logged.

    Alright lets roll this back on track did chest today. Did flat,incline,dumbbell press, and cable flys. I also squeezed in abs at lunch I did 3 set of each of these workouts. Crunches, leg lifts, hanging leg lifts, and planks. Then after work did my chest followed by 45 minutes cardio had it at speed 4.5 and incline at 6. Here's a pic of me after workout I can defiantly see an improvement but it's just the scale ain't.moving

    Alright so I think I got this weight increase down to what's causing it. I do legs at the gym Sat morning and punish the shit out of them. I think my legs are the cause of this because I did hiit twice today and I'm still up. I have decide to step up and do fasted morning cardio 3 days a week for awhile and see what that does for me. I start tomorrow at 5 30am wish me luck if anyone actually reads this lol

    Thanks and yeah I'm pretty sure I'm leaning out but I workout my muscle groups as well so it might be putting some on while taking the fat off. Never really did the fasted cardio but have started doing hiit cardio for 3 miles a day this week. And that's outside in the fl heat so it's defiantly working.

    Well I had the worse weekend ever in a long time. It was my son's bday this weekend and ate like complete crap cake,chips,candy you name ot I ate it so I guess I'll be working extra hard this week lol

    Just an update after last weeks bull shit eating feast I'm back on it this week. I've dropped a lot of carbs this week and I've been hitting my workouts hard. Yesterday sucked because I ended up running in a rain storm luckily it was lightening to bad. This morning woke up and did fasted cardio for and hour. Then came home and ate my usual eggs.

    God that was the biggest rut in the road but I think I am coming out of it. I have been losing again. I was starting to question myself there for awhile stuck in my plateau as I have never hit now till now. But I pushed thru it so hopefully it will keep going down. I'm at 183 I have never been this slim. I am doing cardio about 4 to 5 times a week in the fl heat lets hope I keep losing.

    how long have u been cutting jimmy?

    at your height u should weigh more. im wondering if u might benefit from trying to add some mass at this point and give ur body a break.

    also have u had ur natty test checked?

    Shit I have been cutting for like 19 months lol. And no never had it checked it may be messed up since I ran a ph around Nov Dec last year. So I'm guess with these questions not much of a change that sucks

    your body needs a major break IMO. i suggest u get ur bf% checked so we will know exactly how much LBM u have and u need to run maintenance for awhile and then possibly look at adding some lean mass man. at 5'11" u should be over 200lbs.. IMO.. not 183lbs and still needing to drop more pounds..

    Youre doing great man! It is not my intent to bring you down at all. I am just thinking u need to change gears. U should be very proud of what u have done and it is not over. Yours is a longer process than some thats all.. I really think u would benefit from coming up to maintenance and letting ur body rest. Im sure it is tired . Your body makes all kinds of adaptations when u diet especially as long as u have been doing it.

    U also might enjoy adding some mass. Itll fill u out a bit, plus u can eat more!

    Yeah insurance isn't a problem I hate the Dr lol. What do I need to get checked cause sometimes I think I have to much estrogen
