Did we move to a different thread with this, or change the name. I like the info...great food for thought (no pun). What was anyone's answer to does God even exist. Depends on the God of your understanding. So for me yes God exists.
Now on the diet topic, I'm still learning and unfortunately haven't quite dialed in yet the best diet fore me, but FYI, I'm reading and listening, but can''t input anything good on that.............crazy mike

Hey dude, yea the pic is from 86' you got me right. My AV will tell you. We're prob on the same page or close in regard to "God" a higher power. I am a user and abuser, addict for 46 yrs. This isn't the place to talk but since the title of the thread, I'll share... !/2 Jew - 1/2 Roman Cath raised. Found my God in 96' the ongoing and accelerated drvg prob gave way to me to walk away. So I say God brought me to AA and the AA program brought me back to God. Once whole again God brought crazy back to the gym for mental, spiritual and physical growth. Now my training both in the gym and in by prayer keep me tight in body and spiritually. I grow with both, one feeds the other. My God wants me to take affirmative action with what feeds my growth. Body mind and Spirit. Diet...fuel the body and diet of the spirit. Train with your body and your mind, I tell myself when I'm in the gym. God for this wanna be big guy is real...crazy mike

I was just going through everything I've missed.

It's good to see God has had a positive influence on your life and other people's. For me personally, I've thought about it and played around with the idea. I tried many times to believe, but I just can't seem to really CONVINCE myself. Ever. I don't wanna pretend, and at the end of the day I know I'll never TRULY believe in any religion or doctrine. If I know anything about myself at all, I know that this will always remain the case.

So all I can do for now is live and enjoy this mystery "life". It's not a problem to be solved, but a mystery you have to live. That's ultimately my conclusion.

I'm just replying to your statement above. this is off main topic as to the thread. Look up spiritual principals and you'll see many. They will all be derived from the fruits of the Holy Spirit. In all walks, societies, religions etc.. you will find a common ground of these spiritual things (principals) no matter what Big Book, Bible, Manual, scrolls, list of traditions etc.. you pick up. Be these things and you will experience these things. Promote these things and you will experience these things. It will be within no matter what or how anyone else is feeling or doing or doing to you. So like these thing are within you, and you only...God exists in you just by living a spiritual life......not crazy mike

Haa... I thought I saw a God. One evening while workin out in this gym in Atlanta years ago, I was at the dumbbell rack full cycle doin dumb flies, all tan, all wet, gettin harder, all vasc, all pumped and lookin BIG n hard for me anyway at the time 3 months out from my show, when in the mirror standing just to the side and to my rear is GOD I could only guess but I didn't know my God was black..hmm my body became dwarft all I could see was this huge black monster. WTF ? where did I go...? I lost my wind and racked it. Quickly I got out of the way when someone say's "hey Lee" get the 140's and bringem over here why don't ya? Then this big guys says to me good set man, it's ok you finish here we'll go over there ...You're looking good keep it up the hard training. So guys the self-esteem and the positive attitude and the size is all in perspective as to what your body type, where you were when you started and where you are at the moment. I was humbled but was lifted by the affirmation by Lee Haney that I was working hard and no matter what the size it shows...crazy mike

Bullsh!t, you can fvck your natural hormone production up on nothing more than a TRT dose. And the concern here lay within the fact that your systems are not fully developed yet, not the proposed amount to be used, so therefore there is no comparison between you & I, Yes I can still permanently shut myself down but the damage is much more likely to an undeveloped system & there's no threat to my Endo. at my age.

It appears as though your lack of knowledge is not limited only to diet............
